A great choice and will be our go-to resort in the future.

Pros: From the manager on down we were treated as honored guests. Everyone, led by the GM, went out of their way to meet our needs, from sending the resort's vehicle to take us to town at an unscheduled time, even though town was an easy walk, to making arrangements for a late checkout to include access to a temporary use guest room. The Private Garden Boutique Villa suite we were assigned was large, beautifully appointed, and sparkling clean.

Cons: No significant issues at all.

Pros: Heaven on earth. Two pools, amazing breakfast and nice staff. The hotel provides free airport shuttle as well as shuttle bus to the city centre. We had a wonderful stay in this resort.

Pros: We were so lucky to have 5 nights at this beautiful resort. I cannot say enough about the facilities and staff. We had no activities pre-arranged and Sam and his staff organized the most amazing trips to incredible destinations with every small detail included. They were always there when we returned with a big smile to welcome us back.

Cons: Quiet far away from the center, you have to pay 5$ every time you wanna go in to the center and not depend on the shuttle We broke 1 simple shampoo bottle in the bathroom as there was not possibility to place and it dropped by accident. In the room it said it would cost 10$. At checkout we should have been charged 17$ for a bottle that costs in Europe maybe 4 or 5 $/ Totally rip-off. After a short discussion the front desk personal was so friendly to NOT charge us for the bottle but still

Nice but staff need training

Pros: The location was good, the prices were good in the restaurant for food and drink.

Cons: The staff were quite rude the first two nights and once we gave a high tip, they started to become nice, just be prepared for this! The waiting time for a drink is long considering you may be the only couple there.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff

Pros: Staff were very friendly and attentive. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Room was nice and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was hot! Free rental bikes so we cycled most places. Tuk Tuk wasn't expensive either when it rained.

Cons: The massages happen in the room which I am not a fan of. Prefer a massage table with a hole for your face. Also there was no music or ambiance like a spa in our room so was dead silent.

Pros: The place is very beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of options, asn the shuttle very useful.

Cons: We request two connected rooms and they didn't provided it for us. I would love if the curtains would be darker, so the light would not come so strong at 6am

Pros: We had such an amazing stay at My Dream! The area is so tranquil with a restaurant overlooking a lush garden, the Mekong River and the sunset. The staff were really friendly (especially Santi and Khamsaen) and most speak English. We booked the Classic Room with a balcony for the first night, but the balcony view is just a roof. I really recommend to book the room with swimming pool view because that also has the view of the sunset. We decided to go for the Private Swimming Pool villa after our first night and it was superb! The room is huge and the swimming pool is completely private as no one can see in. 100% recommend!

Cons: The classic double rooms balcony didnt have a view and the AC in that room wasnt that strong (it was perfect in the other room though).

Beautiful stay with lovely people

Pros: I loved the whole experience at My Dream. Everyone was so friendly and really made you feel special. They were helpful in arranging tours for different price ranges and offered free bicycles for guests to explore town. The facilities themselves are extremely beautiful, well kept, clean and cozy. The food is delicious and abundant. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The area is quiet and I slept like a queen. I will definitely return and recommend 100%!
