Clean and comfortable

Pros: We were happy with our stay. Clean and tidy, warm and the bed/pillows were awesome. Would stay again.

Cons: Convenient to event we were going to. Good price for what we got.

Pros: The location was ideal for our purposes. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean (despite having ink drawings on them).

Cons: I spent a *long* time reflecting how to review the motel. Objectively, here goes... There was signs of previous fire (potentially where the TV was, I don't know), the doors were de-laminating and repaired with car-quality bog. The air conditioner in the room next door was on all night and that particular room wasn't occupied (and that air conditioner desperately needs a service). The connecting door was closed and the lock blocked with more bog. The bathroom was *not* mildewed but the ventilation was poor and the floor of the room never felt dry underfoot (both bathroom and main room were covered in a laminate or vinyl floor cover). There was an unexpected $50 bond for the key, which was returned after the proprietor inspected the room (and asked if I wanted the cash I had paid for the key transferred electronically). The room had crime scene vibes. I don't know on what part of the crime scene the proprietor was commenting when he inspected the room, said simply "nice" and returned the cash for the key.

Pretty poor and I will never back there again and it is not recommended. I even canceled my second night stay there and

Cons: The room was not properly cleaned, the room was too old and the bathroom door was not aligned and made a lot of noise whenever we used the toilet. The AC was damaged, it didnt work well (not warm enough even when it was set to 30 degrees, the swing blades where broken and missing and the worst one the AC was making a lot of noise during the night. The staff didnt cooperate and he wouldnt change our room while the alternative room was available.

Cons: The room was dirty the doona cover had burn marks in it. The heater didn't work we was cold most off the night and the t.v had no remote and when we said about it it just fell on death ears wouldn't rate it to no one terrible experience

A nightmare such we moved out after the first night of three and moved to another motel.

Pros: The must disgusting motel 8I have ever been in. Towel rail off the wall , the sheets did not fit the bed, the smoke alarm was covered in plastic, there was no tv remote control, there was no door security, there were no chairs, the bathroom door had laminate pealing off exposing timber, the bathroom was dirty.

felt unsafe and left at 10pm to stay somewhere else.

Cons: unclean, the heating only turns on if something used pliers to move the knobs, beds have blood stains to name a few things

Pros: the man on the front desk was very friendly and understanding

Cons: when we got to our room there were no locks on the second floor room, and there were hand prints on the outside of the windows which screamed alarm bells for us. we were just looking for a cheap room for the night with our dog. but we were very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. my husband pulled back the sheets and looked at the mattresses and there was no way we could stay. so we booked somewhere else and asked for refund. which was done straight away no questions asked.

Was glad it was pet friendly but thats all it had going for it

Pros: Location was central but very noisy (near train line as well as right on Whitehorse Road) staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons: Room was very dated, curtains falling down, mould on tiles in shower, tv remote didnt work, no spare blankets and heater didnt work, also had very noisy guests next door talking and arguing til 3am.

Cons: exterior not maintained, there was a clear crack head screaming all morning before the police and ambulance blocked the driveway while trying to deal with him. there was blood on one of my pillows which was a bit disgusting

Beds not very comfortable not enough bedding second room better than first

Cons: Inside rooms needed attention like walls being fixed properly. eg towel rails not fixed.

Disappointing. We do budget often but not this one ever again.

Cons: Motel was very run down. No heating or cooling (broken). Noisy fellow residents with shouting and swearing at 12.30am. Shower leaked everywhere. Cleaning was very haphazard. Disorganised management that didn't know which room we were in or that we had paid for 3 nights. Lots of broken things. If we hadn't paid for 3 nights we would have left after first one.
