Pros: Was expecting a much worse experience for the price. I had a delightful stay. My room was missing the TV remote and the issue was quickly solved.The front desk staff in the evening and morning were friendly. This one stays on the list.

Cons: Super expensive vending machine. Shockingly expensive.

Pros: The staff were very friendly..rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I definitely will stay there again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had eggs and sausages plus fresh fruit, yogurts and juices. Beds are comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Cons: The morning we were getting ready to leave found a bug on the covers. My husband took a picture and googled it and said pretty sure it was a bed bug . Hate to think it was but probably will think twice about staying here again.

Pros: Quiet and clean. Lots of comfy pillows on the beds. Hardwood floor is nice. Fridge is really cold. When you book 6 nights, the price is great. Very nice and friendly cleaning staff.

Cons: In the bathtub there isnt any kind of shelving to sit bottles or soap bar. The faucet was loose and when you pull the knob to turn the shower on, it was only half on and still coming out the faucet. Then after several tries to to get the knob right, I find there was little water pressure. The shower head was calcified and I had to put it on massage high stream to somewhat rinse out my hair. The tub drain was backed up, but when I wanted to fill a bath for my kids the drain stopper didnt work. When the upstairs room was showering you could hear dripping onto the ceiling. I saw the ceiling had been repaired at some point, but the leak wasnt fixed. The beds are too firm. The desk chair had a arm rest that fell off when I pulled it out, luckily I had an allen wrench and fixed it. The tv remote wasnt programmed. I had to look up how to fix that which was a different solution than what the front desk suggested. The breakfast didnt have juice in the machine for days. It was just water dispensing even though the front desk was informed about it. The coffee maker was on top of the microwave insinuating that you plug it into the microwave outlets on the front panel, but when I did it would trip the circuit so I had to move it under the tv. I was happy staying here 2 years ago, but not this time. Im going to look elsewhere next year.

Cons: The room was small. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky if you moved. The shower was a mess... it had barley a lip so the water was all over the floor. The water we couldn't adjust it was either hot or cold. The t.v. remote you had not option for guide you had to keep scrolling to see what was on and barley worked.

Cons: An elevator for handicap accessibility. Said on my reservation that I was travelling with a lady needing handicap services. We could not stay at your hotel. Thankfully the desk clerk was able to find us another place.
