Pros: Beds are terrible. Pillows are ABSOLUTELY terrible. Didn't sleep well for two days.

Spring Break Ocean stay

Pros: Breakfast was good and a good value. It seemed to have a lot of kids, and since we traveled with 4, I want to state it was kid friendly. Staff were nice and got us the things we requested.

Cons: The rooms seem outdated and fixed on an as needed basis. Some of the things were nice and upgraded within the room while others weren't. I paid for an ocean view and got a lame partial view. They were not prepared in the room. We stayed with materials such as blankets, pillows, and towels to meet the needs of 6 people, so we had to request.

Cons: I didn’t get to sleep any of the nights I stayed. Other guests were so loud/ stomping and I could not rest.

Cons: If your room is near the pool it’s little noisy, but that’s to be expected with kids I suppose.

Cons: Mattresses were old. The sheets were really thin and lacked elasticity to stay on the bed.Towels were in short supply for some reason. Pool water was very cloudy. Breakfast Saturday morning was out of several things by 9:00. None of the soda machines were working.

Pros: Pillows and bed were amazing. Shower pressure was incredible. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons: Needed a little updated remodeling in bathroom, but not bad.

Pros: We liked how close the property was to the beach and in town.

Cons: The room came with the bare minimum. We had zero towels or washcloths when we arrived and had to request towels. There was only 1 pillow provided for each guest in our room, we are used to having several pillows on each bed. Also there were no extra blankets or sheets provided for the sofa bed in the suite, we had to remove a sheet from one of the beds to accommodate that.

Pros: Quiet on 3rd floor. Bed was comfy. The view of the ocean was nice. Seagulls soaring around and passing by window. Deer seen from window and wandering in grass as you head to beach was special. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Some tables needed more wiping down inbetween guests with kids. Bused my own. Not a major issue. Hotel located next to the new paved walking path that is 3/4 mile long and situated behind hotels through ocean grasslands.

Cons: Ductless heater in room was noisy and came on frequently. Set it to 67. Needed it to heat room but turned it off to sleep at night. The elevator was experiencing some issues. The desk person was able to address it and was fine. Mostly used stairs. Excercise is good.

Cons: The room we stayed in was shabby. Ripped curtains, light fixtures without covers. The beds were uncomfortable.

Cons: Rooms were not well maintained. No wifi was available. The pool was poorly maintained. Broken doors that don't close or lock, security issue. Pool had kids that were not guests, employees children that completely over took the pool for hours. Front desk clerk was also no where to be found. Unfortunately after coming to this hotel for 4 years for springbreak, this was our worst stay. And our last. Would not recommend it unless staffing and security issues are fixed7

Poor service

Pros: The location is great

Cons: The front desk staff. The clerk was running a daycare! And from what i overheard was selling her own snacks and telling the guests the vending machines were out of order. The kids or her kids completely took over the pool, to the point that my daughter was in tears because they had no adult supervision. I had asked the kids who were playing dodgeball and fighting with pool noodles that we just wanted our space to swim. Got hit in the head with the ball and still got hit with their pool noodles. Normally, this would not bother me, but since my daughter was learning to swim, i was not ok with it. We went as far as staying in the opposite side of the pool, they still were not giving us our space. Irritating since these kids were not paying guests. Other guests down there had the same problem with them and left. WIFI was down our entire stay.The front desk was nowhere to be found during the evening. Been going to this property for 4 years now. Never again, i do not recommend this place.

Cons: The hot tub and pool were extremely chlorinated, too my in my opinion. The rooms were decent, but could be a little more taken care of. Rusty spots in the bathroom and damage to the walls.
