    Pros: Their double rooms are much better than their single - actually has working air conditioning and comfortable beds.

    Not great at all

    Pros: The staff were lovely, that's about it
    Cons: Soundproofing was AWFUL, had a terrible night's sleep. Walls and doors were paper thin. The room was also ridiculously hot, the aircon didn't work despite asking someone to look at it. Toiletries were very basic. All in all the photos looked better than the room itself. The hallways were also very grim

    Great hotel in a great location

    Pros: Brilliant hotel in a great location. 2 mins to the beach, with some great shops just across the road. Loved the roof garden, fabulous place to relax and great sea views. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food something to do even if the weather wasn't great.
    Cons: Mattress had seen better days. Quite hollow in the middle. This was not a big enough problem to stop us going back.

    quiet, very high standard hotel with a great team in all departments.

    Pros: slight confusion with our room as we arrived very late, however the reception team had organised a light late supper for us which was very kind of them. Sara on reception is wonderful. She rectified the room issue the following morning and we spent a fantastic holiday in our requested room which we have stayed in before. we cant praise her highly enough.

    great staff make the hotel worth selecting

    Pros: staff are just great - professional, available and willing to help in any way to make sure the stay is good. this is a good value hotel made up of a collection of buildings. close to everything and well serviced.
    Cons: the food is average hotel service but thats to be expected. stick with fruits, salads and the fresh option and its great. shame no fresh orange juice on an island overflowing. spa was also cold on the day I went - shame as its a nice facility if weather not great.

    Amazing place!

    Pros: Perfect place to stay! So calm, so relax. We got the room like appartament, so we were very satisfied! Also it was in the building where is own pool! Dinner buffet was so greate! So different menu every day! Amazing experience! I will stay there again if I will go to Palma again in future! Recomend for sure.

    Pros: The room appeared recently refurbished, it seemed clean and bright. Food was a good choice and staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
    Cons: The bed was a horrible uncomfortable sprung mattress, it's a real shame these let the room down. The walls were really thin, we were staying the night before taking part in the Peguera Triathlon and hoping to get a good night sleep. We could hear all of next doors conversation and hear them watching TV. We were also woken up by the sound of running water and loud voices in the early hours which turned out to be a water leak. The following morning we had no running water and had to use a shower and toilet in a different block.

    Nice hotel, customer oriented, solve problems fast

    Pros: Location: close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and Bus stop. Meal: Good dinner and nice breakfast, price of the drinks very affordable Staff: Responsible, happy to serve, very customer oriented.
    Cons: All whirlpools showed in hotel photos were out of service (maybe because high season was ended). In the reviews you are going to find lots of comments about mattress and people with back pain. most of rooms have a standard low density foam mattresses, which for people heavier than 70K is not a dream to sleep on it. in the third day I could barely walk anymore, HOWEVER by the moment I complained in the reception and time I received a brand new pocket coil high density mattress in the room, it was just 2h. Very fast solution which actually saved my vacation. I regret have taken 3 days to complain. the staff took my topic seriously and acted fast. if the same happens with you, dont wait too long! The manager is on the front desk all mornings and he is very effective.

    Wonderful

    Very Relaxing

    Pros: Nice location! Hotel and restaurant staff was incredible, so positive, caring, helpful and ready to go extra mile for us. Breakfast and dinner was amazing, spoiled of choise! Will definately come back again.
    Cons: Connecting to wifi could have been made more simple.

    Superb

    Pros: The nice woman at the reception(sorry forgot your name, Cony maby..), the pools and the tranquility, the food.
    Cons: One lady working at the restaurant 1st night was rude cause we took a seat at a table with 4 sets of table cloths instead of 2.We were 2 persons but there were no instructions what so ever. Other persons working there are all verry kind and all smiles. The last day of the holliday we had all day workers at the adult only pool :( verry noisy cutting metal etc. Not ok! Hoped they would live but they left at about 16.00 :( Also be aware you may not have a parking spot when u come. There are not that many spots available.

    Amazing Staff - great value for money!

    Pros: The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was self serve - but we had plenty of dishes to choose from. I think everybody with all kind of diets could find something for themselves. Our room was small but nice with a little balcony. The hotel also had a swimming pool.
    Cons: We really missed a small fridge from the room. In front of the elevator there was a huge water stain covered with blankets.. I guess there was a pipe broken. We really had to take care when entering the elevator not to fall.. as it was slippery. The Morlans group has several hotels in the city/on the island - we did not stayed in the one I booked - or at least did not looked like as on the pictures. The buildings are located next to each other.. so there was no problem.. but still..
