Pros: An older property with nice location on the golf course. Convenient, quiet and well kept.

Cons: Add USB outlets to the rooms - this is a modern requirement and super easy/cheap for the hotel to do.

Cons: Heater in bedroom did not work. No instructions left on how to work A/C.

Pros: The suite was huge! So much room and space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pet friendly was a bonus

Cons: The carpet in the rooms were coming off the floor and bubbling. The rooms are old, but for the price and space, we loved it.

Pros: Bones of resort are good as is location. General staff have not been replaced and are quite nice.

Cons: Ceiling leaked and fell in on us. Got no sleep and ruined our stay. Young Asst mgr was not helpful. Other staff was great and location was good for our purposes. Hopefully new owners will complete repairs necessary to make this a quality experience and train management what hospitality is about.

Pros: Location was the best part. 8 minutes from the Fairgrounds. That's the only upside.

Cons: My first room had dead bugs in it, so painfully outdated that there was rust. This room was missing wall paparr and carpet. Not worth Motel 6 prices. So we went to the desk and they switched us to a different building due to the roaches. The second room didn't have any bugs but the wallpaper was peeling off due to prior water damage and you could smell it plus no functioning fireplace. Still not a renovated room either. Again, not worth over $60. Again, the room needed to be changed. They put us upstairs in the same building. Things work in this room but nothing was new. Not even close to new. Missing light bulbs. We got so tired of complaining. It's a bit of a walk to go to the desk and deal with it. If you book this hotel just know that the Motel 6 will have better rooms and you'll know to expect wallpaper malfunctions, bad carpet, horrible beds, missing lights, broken fireplace, unrenovated rooms. The front desk knew these rooms were like this. They should have offered a discount after all of this.

Pros: Loved the location and facilities. The resort offers a lot however everything is an additional charge. Loved the pickle ball courts. Golf course looked awesome however too expensive to play.
