    Renovation works made the stay unpleasant, because they started around 6.30am every day.

    Pros: Location was good. There was a lot of coffees and restorants nearby. About 30min by train from centre.
    Cons: They made renovation works outside and started every morning about 6.30am. These works were so loud, that nobody can sleep anymore. It would be good if it had been mentioned in the reception and there could have been earplugs in the room.

    Pros: Excellent place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, a good location with a local train station. Like many hotels here, a fan for use in the room during hot weather . Checkin via the attached hotel,easy once we realised it. Underground car park if needed.
    Cons: No issues noted.

    It was adequate

    Pros: We had an unexpected need for a hotel in this area for a few days. It was easy to get to from the S Bahn coming from the Frankfurt HBF and the price was really economical. The room size and amenities were consistent with the low price. They had breakfast every day that you could chose to purchase or not. We had it a few times and liked it. This hotel seemed to be owned and run by the bigger, more expensive hotel around the corner. It had a separate entrance on a different street, but you had to check in at the bigger hotel's main desk to get the keys. The two were connected through an underground parking garage, so you didn't have to walk around the block every time you wanted to go between the two hotels. The breakfast was in the bigger one. The staff were helpful any time we reached out to them.
    Cons: Hard to share parts of the hotel room with one other person at times due to the space available in the room. The area around the bed is really narrow. Taking the cost into consideration, the size is adequate but not always convenient. There was a refrigerator but no microwave, so you couldn't heat up any food you may have leftover from a restaurant.

    Pros: The staff were helpful enough.
    Cons: The Milbor Hotel was closed actually, and merged with the hotel next to it. We needed to go to this hotels entrance, then go down to the parking place, then walk through it from one to other, enter the next building and go upstairs, Here you are in Milbor Hotel. All this suffering was not mentioned during the reservation.

    Great location, friendly staff and good value for money

    Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable beds and recently renovated bathroom. Perfect location in city center with good parking facilities (underground parking garage). We booked the Milbor, but were given a room in the adjacent hotel Rheinischer Hof, which possibly had better rooms.
    Cons: Room could have been cleaned better. Room is relatively small, which wasn't a problem for us, since we only stayed one night, but could be a problem for a longer stay. No seating area. Hotel was not easy to find, since you need to register at the reception of hotel Rheinischer Hof, opposite of the train station. This was not communicated to us and so we kept on looking for the entrance of the Milbor hotel.
