    Hotel is a disaster!

    Pros: Nothing except for the location.
    Cons: Driving through Winston-Salem, going home. The entire hotel was under construction. Our room was leaking from the room above and there were no pillow cases on the pillows. No breakfast and no one who cared. construction,ladders,paint cans, dirt and dust everywhere. I asked for our money back to move to another hotel and they refused. This “hotel “ should be closed down until the construction is completed. It is a wreck!

    I won’t EVER stay here...

    Pros: I liked the fact that I could play my music at 2am with no problems.
    Cons: I didn’t like how it was advertised that you guys served breakfast but nothing was there . I also didn’t like that my room was literally ran down and didn’t have a remote to the TV and there were cigar guts on the side of the mattress . The toilet seat in the bathroom was peeling and the tub was NASTY ! Also I forgot to mention , they didn’t put any wash cloths in there with the towels .

    Cons: I didn't like the fact that my name was on the reservation, and my husband couldn't check in because I wasn't with him. That should be stated that name of person must be present that the card is under. So, we went else where. The front desk associate was rude, and was no help at all.
