Pros: Excellent location in the center of the old city. The staff is very attentive and tries to help. A large quiet and modern room that also includes a balcony. A very wide and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast in an adjacent restaurant with good service and a variety of fresh and delicious products.

Pros: The hotel is located in a central part of the city. the staff was kind, and the breakfast was one of the most filling and tasty. The man at breakfast service was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend it.

Great little hotel right in...

Pros: Right in the middle of town, everything you could want is within walking distance - we were here for the Christmas markets, which are a short walk away, but there are dozens of restaurants / bars just outside the hotel, and the train station is very close. The room was big (I think we paid more for a non-standard room) and it had a nice kitchenette. I didn't eat breakfast, but I know it is served in the neighbouring restaurant (Japanase I think). We had to extend our stay a couple of times due to external factors, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging that.

Cons: It was quite expensive, but it was high season and the location is great, so I think the value is probably ok. It's a very "low-staff" hotel, so don't expect a presence outside of daytime hours. But everything works fine, we were even able to check-in using the dropbox late at night without anyone needing to be there.

Pros: I had an incredibly cozy and comfortable stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I had to stay there for about five times due to my work and each time the room format was slightly different with its unique layout. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its high-quality food and service. The overall service was exceptional, with a respectful and attentive staff. It was truly one of the best stays I've ever experienced. Not only was the stay incredibly cozy and comfortable, but the thoughtful amenities elevated the experience. The in-room coffee machine with quality coffee, a selection of teas, complimentary mineral water, and the unexpected touch of a yoga mat made the stay even more delightful. The attention to detail truly set your hotel apart, creating a memorable and enjoyable stay for me. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality and fantastic experience!

Perfect hotel in central location

Pros: We had the best stay at this hotel - our room was spacious, clean, modern and super comfortable! We also appreciated all the little extras such as the coffee machine, luxury soaps, complimentary water and ginger bread on arrival etc! The location is also perfect - easy walk to the train station as well as the old town and city centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Monki restaurant is delicious too! We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely be back!

Pros: Stylish, thoughtful and well located hotel. Excellent room with cooking facilities. Huge luxurious bathroom. Table to sit at. Laundry free of charge. Helpful staff. Close to the train station. In the pedestrian mall area and easy to walk to everything.
