Unique gem close to convenient...

Pros: Such a unique decor that felt cozy and cool while being so close to St. Pancras and Kings Cross, perfect for our Eurostar train departure on our check out day. They welcomed us with some champagne (as it was my birthday and first time in Europe) and the staff was helpful with resolving the issues we ran into during our stay. If you’re there on a Saturday, do not miss out on Hokus Pokus, either! We also lucked out and had a wonderful view of the hustle and bustle at the train stations, but slept quite peacefully without any noise concerns. It was a great way to kick off my first time traveling overseas and hope to stay again someday!

Cons: The only real problem we had was an issue setting the AC, but very grateful for help from the staff to figure out a workaround.

Pros: As usual, suite was amazing. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help . My train was cancelled and had issues getting home. Staff gave me a later check out with no extra cost. So kind of them.

Pros: Location right across the road from King’s Cross and St Pancras excellent for our holiday. Breakfast very Italian, could get full English but other some other options a bit spicy. Upgraded room very spacious, bit noisy from the traffic but it is central London.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location and my room was upgraded - a bonus!

Cons: No plug socket next to a mirror - so using the hairdryer came down to guess work. Glass bathroom doors - fine if you are on your own, but as a couple a midnight trip to the toilet will illuminate the whole room.

Pros: Room was lovely and definitely quirky, in a good way. Location was convenient. Really enjoyed breakfast. Full English and Full Italian. Staff were great. Friendly and very helpful. Very professional.
