    Had a great time, everything...

    Pros: It was walking distance from everything downtown and the historic area. Able to park at the hotel and just walk. It was about a 10 minute walk or less from the Castillo de San Marcos Monument and downtown. About 15-30 minute drive to the lighthouse, alligator Farm and beach.
    Cons: If you don’t park and stay there all day someone may take the spot and they have no extra parking. You’d have to park in the center of the lot or the parking garage which you’d have to pay and it’s about a block or so from the hotel.

    Pros: Great location, minutes away from the historic downtown (by walk). Parking in the facilities (to be considered when visiting St. Augustine). Remodeled motel with all the necessary amenities, really convenient.

    Not sure I would stay...

    Pros: It is within walking distance of the historic district.
    Cons: We stayed the end of March and the AC could not cool the room. I read that in other reviews but needed to see it for myself. I did not report the issue as we left at 6 AM. The bed was horrible. Made a noice with every turn you made and was so hard. Parking is horrible BUT they allowed us to park on site in a “no parking” spot because there was nowhere else to park on site.
