Pros: Very clean.

Cons: None. But one incident i didnt like is when both me and my wife were sleeping in the afternoon after check-in. A staff was ringing the doorbell and when we weren't able to answer immediately, he up and opened the door himself. What if we were in an embarrassing situation? I really didnt like that.

Pros: Very spacious premier room and the service. They allowed us to change room since the first room has a depressing building view , they are more than happy to help us with this request. Staff are all very polite and well spoken.

Cons: No mall is really near within the premises. Also, I believe that the HK department does their job diligently. However, I can still see marks on tiles and some foot stains after cleaning. Also, when I tried to wipe the floor, it's brown-black.

Wonderful hotel experience for our anniversary

Pros: Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful, and they went the extra mile to acknowledge our anniversary. While the TV wasn't a smart TV, which limited our Netflix options, the room's view was simply breathtaking. Having a 7/11 on the ground floor of the building was incredibly convenient. The pool and spa were fantastic, although the 45-minute time limit seemed a bit unusual. It's an area where improvement could be considered. Our spa experience, including the massage, was nothing short of incredible. The food offerings in the hotel were also great. We tried all their restaurants/outlets the hotel namely The Connect Lounge, Cucina, VUs rooftop bar, and even their VIP Lounge, The Continental Club Lounge I think thats what its called. Great food! Great selection of food during the breakfast service as well. As a former hotelier myself, I'm particularly discerning about room/food quality and services, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I must give special recognition to Zed at the Front Office, Mika at The Continental Club Lounge, and Mac at VU's rooftop bar. Their exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. Thanks to this remarkable experience, we're seriously contemplating this hotel for our future wedding.

This simple change would give guests access to a wider range of entertainment options, including popular streaming services like Netflix, making their stay more enjoyable. Secondly, the time limit for the pool facilities should be reevaluated. A 45-minute limit struck us as unusual and slightly restrictive. Extending the time limit would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. Addressing these two points would elevate the quality of the stay at this property and make it an even more attractive choice for future visits.
