Pros: The reception service was not so good, we were not welcomed like other hotels. We checked in at night 1am. Valet parking services & receivers were very good. Room was clean but a lot of things were not available for our stay, such as pen & paper, bathroom amenities, coffee station was also minimal packed, no bathrobes, slipper, not enough towels. I wont say this was 4* hotel as mentioned. I chose this hotel because of the spa, I use to come to this hotel with my husband for a good massage. As soon as we checked in I told my friend about the massage service and we booked a session at night 2am. But we were very disappointed with SPA services! The manager at the spa reception had kept very loud Indian music and I had requested to the massage lady to ask him to put the volume down or if he can change to a soothing music which he ignored. I had to come out of the massage room to complain to him which he tells me madam go inside just go inside with his hands shooing me away. The massage lady was busy on her phone and massaging with one hand. She didnt know how to massage well. My friend who I travelled with also didnt like the massage as well. I came out with a splitting headache and a sore back. I dont recommend anyone to have their massages in that place. It felt more like a brothel service than a 4* hotel standard. I wasnt happy with the services at all. Thank God I only booked for 2nights and not 11nights.

Pros: Room decoration is nice , but a customer I am not setisfy your service and manage of the stuff , as a guest I have right to take my friend to hotel or any of my visitor can come to me . But in front of my guests one of the your stuff demanding 200dhs for staying our guest for more then one our which was very embarrassing for me.

Cons: Bad Manner/ behavior of your front desk suff . They dont have any manner at all. One day the room was not cleaned and we informed to front desk , but they blaming us for that without excepting their fault .

Pros: Honestly speaking Nothing! So disappointed with the facility. It was ditty, smelled of carpet old and cigarettes.

Cons: Me and my colleague had skin allergies from the bed sheets immediately the morning of the first night. The bed sheets were dirty with men hair stuck on the sheets here and there. We had to move out after this experience. The air is too much polluted in the hotel with dirty carpets and cigarette smoke. It was depressing experience and not expected from such a beautiful city Dubai. Finally, receptionist denied to provide invoice cause we booked online, totally unreasonable.
