    Not worth the place

    Pros: Location was good. Close to the metrobus and walking distance from several restaurants and Zona Rosa.
    Cons: Attention from the front desk (never in the front desk). I never saw a person and when I tried to call they forced me to chat via Whatsapp and took around 40 minutes to get me access to the location while I was waiting at night in the street. The light in my room and hot water never worked in my room.

    Pros: Location and price.
    Cons: The hotel and rooms are dated. Staff was not very present. Had to wait for staff to arrive and after not arriving, had to contact them through WhatsApp. The hotel needs to be fumigated. Saw big riach in reception and small reach in my room. The blinds did not close. They were old and missing slats. The plumbing needed repair. Water came out on floor and sinktop.

    Pros: Location good but that was it Price but the quality was awful!
    Cons: Staff never reply to emails Ended up sleeping on sofa in reception on my first night No bed sheets and dirty Not good value considering the issues

    Pros: It’s very accessible to zona rosa
    Cons: Very unkept, broken elevator, dirty sheets, my sheets has blood stains with hair stuck to blood. Bathrooms need detail cleaning. Bed was very very uncomfortable, curtains too small for windows, pretty dirty overall with no one at front desk

    Avoid where possible

    Pros: The location is decent.
    Cons: But it is poorly insulated from the street so it could be very noisy, woke up several times even with ear plugs (a must). The room was very tired looking. Some lights didn't work, the taps leaked, poor blinds and very noisy. The worst thing was you could hear the alarm whenever anyone entered the building. Very loud and people were coming and going throughout the night. One morning I awoke to find a traveller who had booked a room but was unable to contact reception (very difficult to contact) and ended up sleeping on a couch in the lobby. Strongly recommend to avoid unless desperate.
