    Pros: Service. Room size. Comfortable bed.
    Cons: Rooms were so humid : strong humidity smell and everything was wet, never dry. Also the bathroom was missing a towel for the floor. When we arrived in the room, the bathroom was not cleaned.

    I like, but I hope

    Pros: I liked the staff, Mohamed and Amr was generous by giving us more of the expected, I liked the spacious and elegant room, I liked the sea view.
    Cons: I didn't like the cleaning service, ounce I arrived I noted the hair on the bed and in the bathroom, hope they are really changing the bed set after each visitor, also the bathroom sometimes was not working, and I hope to put microwave and some tableware, and I hope that the electricity keeps working when we leave the room because there food in the freezer

    Cons: The parking areas. The day we left I called and informed the receptionist to check the CCTV footage in the parking lot as there was a mark on the door of the passenger seats. From Sunday till now I did not get any feedback about it. They are not calling me back as he promised. I kept on following up he said that IT had just finished checking from the time we checked in till 1 a.m. and after that he didn't check the other day as he was on leave till now there's no feedback What Did they find out about the CCTV footage?

    Overall it was good except toilet

    Pros: All was fine but in the toilet somuch smell was there. Infact there was a crack in the combod so the dirty water was coming out n 2 days it was unbearable smell whenever I was in da room.

    Cons: The room, closet, cabinets, bed panel, were moldy! The bed smell provoque allergy for my wife and I. The Ar Condition only two options: turned-off or freezing. At arrival there were no towels available!

    Horrible

    Pros: It was spacious.
    Cons: Door lock didnt work, the rooms werent cleaned prior to our check in, bathroom flushing system was stuck and water leakage throughout the night, slow service. Overall, a very underwhelming experience for the money paid.
