Pros: Villa is acceptable, reception staff were nice and helpful, but the price is not deserving for it. Breakfast was the worst part of it, no fresh food, few, and not delicious at all, staff at the restaurant were not nice. Rate is 3 out of 10. Waste 425 $.

Dream Villas

Pros: What a Dream! We had a one bedroom Pool Villa, and it absolutely could not be faulted. From the spacious kitchen and sitting area, to the absolutely stunning bathroom, and the beautiful turn down service. The pool was a perfect temperature, and a respite from the 90+ % humidity. The team at the reception desk are friendly, and Mike has great English, very chatty - welcoming - and always smiling and also offered to send the pool team around to clean out any leaves that fell into the pool during each day. Location is good - a little walk out of the street and there is everything you need, a minimart, restaurants, and pubs all within walking distance. Market areas were a few more steps away, but easily managed, with pub street about 1.5kms down the road. Breakfast is off a set menu, with fruits and salad at a buffet style area, with bakery items to help yourself to. Although limited on the breakfast menu, it does cater well to all types off food, and was very good. We would definitely book again on return.

Cons: At the price we payed, we requested two more bottles of water for the room but was told that we had to pay for them. Not a biggie but really for the price we paid for the room i'm sure they could afford giving us extra water. We did not make use of the breakfast that was included in the price as we are Kosher and Halaal guests. It would have been nice if we could have an option of booking with or without breakfast. Pool guy needs to clean the pool more often.

Great place to stay in the heart of Kata with all the luxury

Pros: Rooms were very nice. Extremely comfortable Staff was amazing. Service was great. Breakfast was served in the room at no extra charge

Cons: Food was not very good but luckily many restaurants close by to choose from. Gym was outdated

Superb

Pros: We stayed in a pool villa and it was superb. Very comfortable, the four poster bed was so comfy, the pool area was lovely to chill at. Breakfast spread is also very good. The staff is super courteous. Love the greenery in the resort. 2-3 min walk from the main road which is lined up with many restaurants, spas, shops etc.

Cons: The only downside was the mosquitos , there were many inside the room and the bathroom. However they have provided sprays and coils to repel them . So we had a bite free stay.

Faboulous!

Pros: Faboulous villa with swimming pool and hydro-jet bath tub. Good breackfast, and perfect location, less than 5 min walk to Kata Beach, and lota of local and international cousine restaurants. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Cons: Bedroom doors did not close all the way, leaving a gap that let hot air from outside in, making air conditioning inefficient. Some draft blocker tape could be fitted to close the gap.

Pros: Very good a la carte breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Wonderful bed. No stairs or steep inclines to climb. Lovely private pool.

Pros: Greatly located in KATA BEACH you can find a really great hotel and it's cool.. But there are REAL humans there like Mike n Bon and the rest of the team caring of you and making the greatest experience as a guest. They will help you with all you need. We was tired and our room was ready before check-in time. I been to many hotels in Thailand and people like them make the difference. We coming from Metadee Concept hotel that is very near where the team was trying to cheat us. Malisa team is absolutelly different. The Villas are amazing including all that you need. Mosquito's doesn't disturb you even with the pool inside the Villa..

Pros: absolutely everything, especially staff. I left my passport at my previous hotel and the boys at reception staff had it all sorted and received personally from chalong pier by one of the staff members before they started work, in their own time, on their own bike. Amazing, will come here every time.
