Cons: When we went down to talk to the night shift person , he was nowhere to be found..we checked and waited for about 10 min until we called out Hello. He came out with ear pods in and we asked for a key due to the fact we looked ourselves out. He just asked for room number and gave us a key( not asking our name or attorney to assure the right key to the right person.

Pros: I liked the location and the set up- I prefer to have my room door directly leading outside.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the property and staff changed the rules during my stay and did not allow myself and my family to stay the last night we were there, after I had already paid for the room. We stayed there for 5 nights in all & my dog stayed there for 2 nights. There was only supposed to be a hold fee of $100 which is to be returned if nothing is damaged. My dog caused no damage or harm. I took my dog back home 2nights before I checked out. I was out and about with my daughter and her friend when we returned to the room, the key didn’t work and they wanted $150 non refundable charge for my dog, although she wasn’t there anymore and had done ZERO damage. I offered to let them inspect the room. They almost didn’t allow me to get my things from the room but did. As I packing up my things I noticed a huge stain on the mattress as well. I just found it ironic, considering they were trying to take my money for no damages and yet don’t get their rooms even sub standard as far as cleanliness goes.

Pros: Front desk staff was very pleasant. The location is nice.

Cons: When we first arrived the first room we were given the toilet was broken and it was not at all clean. It was very disappointing however when we went to the front desk the clerk was very pleasant and gave us another room without any problems. The front desk did mentioned that they would put in a word for a possible discount due to the inconvenience to management. However I did not hear any thing back regarding that. I I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it however this time was very disappointing and I'm not sure I will be returning.

Pros: They had a great hot breakfast.

Cons: Before checking in I let them know that I was bringing my dog, as it is pet friendly. When I checked in I was made to sign a contract along with paying a additional fee for my pet, which I was happy to pay. The contract was a different story. Some of the items were reasonable-dog under a certain weight, clean up after them, responsible for damage, on a leash at all times, not allowed in the main room of the hotel. However there were some that I wish I had know before booking the hotel-had I know I would have chose another place to stay. The first was at no time are the dogs allowed in the room unsupervised. This is a town known for shopping. I was given the specific example that I was not allowed to go shopping and leave my dog in the hotel room unattended. Dogs were not allowed to use the grassy area to use the restroom regardless of cleaning up after them. You needed to walk to the back of the property where there were no security lights. Finally, if another guest complained, I would be responsible for any discounts they were to give to the complaining guest. I believe that this kind of contract needs to be posted on their website regarding the pet policy. If it had, again I wouldn't have booked with them. Unfortunately, I didn't know until after 5 hours of travel and arriving at the hotel later in the evening. I felt I didn't really have a choice to try to find another hotel.

Pros: The beds were comfortable.

Cons: It was not clean. First room we went to the door was wide open, dirty linens were in a pile on 1 bed. Second room we went to had bags a garbage right outside the door and the phone did not work.

Pros: Rooms inside were partially updated. The staff was polite and brought clean pillow cases and pillows right away. The bar staff were pleasant .

Cons: Upon walking in, the beds looked like someone slept in them. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. One pillow had a black stain on it. The floor was filthy, socks and feet were black after walking on them. There were dead flies in the corners of the room.

A disappointing stay during Christmas...

Pros: Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons: We were put into a second floor room, with no elevator. Had two people who were handicapped. The floor on the outside of the structure on the second floor had pieces of cement laying about, with some holes where you can see the rebar in the floor. This was very unsafe. Room was not cleaned completely, found a small booze bottle in the room and the refrigerator was not cold. Will not be staying here again.

Cons: The fact that ceilings were so thin that the people above us kept us up listening to their drunken activities. And the fact that it wasn’t really clean (cob webs, sheets with holes, not enough towels or blankets, hair in drain of tub and pieces of soap in the tub).

Cons: I booked 2 rooms. 1 lacked basic amenities that I would have expected. No toiletries normally included such as shampoo and conditioner, one small bar of soap. A desk with no desk chair. Malfunctioning/non-working tv remote. 1 nightstand for a king bed.

Cons: Card was double charged and was told I had to wait a few days for the pre authorization to drop off. Pre authorization should be dropped as soon as the room has been paid at check in not double charged and making customers jump hoops and wait to get it back. Very poor business practice
