    Pros: The bed was very comfortable! Room service only if you want it! (I don't need or want room cleaning every day) And the connection to the bus and subway was very good! The room and the entire hotel were always clean and! And the food at breakfast is always fresh.
    Cons: The room was very small. Sure, you're only there to sleep, but with 2 large suitcases and maybe 2 hand luggage suitcases, we wouldn't have had any room on the floor! There was also a small fridge missing, which would have been very practical! The breakfast was good but there was a lack of variety, it was the same every day.No cheese, no sausage and no eggs... (just examples) If you had a fridge in the room you could get these things, but it was difficult! Also the comunnication with the staff, they didnt say to you what u can get free in the hotel, we were buying water and coffee for the first 2 days cause nobody said us there were included, just some communication could he nice from them.

    Pros: Standard Queen Room The proximity to Chinatown and bridges is convenient. Within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Taxis and public transportation are also easily accessible. Free luggage storage available before or after your stay. Daily housekeeping available and the bed was comfortable.
    Cons: The room was insanely tiny maybe 16m2. If you have large luggages, it will be a struggle to move around. There is not a lot of space to store your stuff, no closet (Just a smal metal bar on the wall with 3 clothes hangers). Directly under the bridge with a very active train, so you can hear constant train noises and also you can hear everything that goes on around you as the walls are paper thin. If you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. Breakfast is quite simple, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt. I stayed a week and it was always the same thing everyday. You eat off paper plates which I thought felt cheap and a waste. The breakfast area can get extremely crowded - often no place for everyone to sit. Staff not so friendly with us, but you get used to it.

    Pros: Good rooms for a good price. And having previously visited it was as nice as I remember.
    Cons: TV was a bit screwy and had a bunch of dead pixels.

    Pros: The proximity to Chinatown and bridges is convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The complementary beverages at the entrance are a nice touch.
    Cons: The room is not big, which wasn't a big deal, but there was no closet or drawers to put our thing in. Also, there was a lot of noise during the night. I could hear our neighbors going in and out during the night, and some other couple fighting (mainly verbally and probably some slapping) on the last night of our stay.
