Pros: Amazing breakfast, nice rooms, good location right in the centre of Tartu

Cons: The hotel is located next to some really noisy bars. At nights they have parties there and you can listen to the beautiful music all night long. Couldnt sleep until 6 am. No noise isolation in the hotel at all. Windows are old and walls are made of cardboard. Thats not what you expect from the 4 star hotel. Tried to resolve the problem with the hotel front desk. No result. Literally nothing. Even called Booking customer support, they contacted the hotel and the hotel didnt answer to them. I mean the just dont care about your presence at the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast and location are good.

Cons: Extra parking fee of 15,- . We booked a double bed room, we booked it on the same day as of our arrival, when we arrived our booked room was not available and we got instead a twin bed room which was much different from the booked double bed room. The interior looked dated and the room was not good cleaned, it gave the impression that it should be a 50,- room. We traveled with our child and reserved an extra childbed this was also not placed upon arrival but came an hour after we checked in. As compensation we got the parking for free (thumbs up for that, although I had to asked myself about it)

Overall the experience was very pleasing and we liked the retro vibes. The sauna was great and bed was very comfortable.

Pros: We really liked the location and comfortable parking. The service was excellent and the breakfast had also some vegan options.

Cons: The suite we were staying in was facing the street and fridays nightlife was super loud. The suite had a large living room that was furnished with the most uncomfortable couch you can imagine, it was not pleasing to watch the tv and relax.

Pros: The location, staff and price were Great!

Cons: I stayed in room 204, there is a night club directly across the street where loud music and shouts of party people did not allow me to enjoy a peacful sleep until 6am. Its definitely not the Hotel Soho fault, but light seepers should take this into account.
