    Cool loft vibe and good...

    Pros: Good location. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff around the corner at check in. Cool loft vibe. Attentive cleaning - toiletries nicely arranged.
    Cons: Lights far too dim especially in bathroom. Toilet ran forever. Terrible shower nozzles - no pressure and sprayed all over. Curtains let in copious light at daybreak. Worst noise I’ve ever experienced.

    Cons: Literally, the only thing I didn’t like was that the cleaning lady said that check out was for 10 but on my itinerary, it said 12

    Overall restful good location needing...

    Pros: Quiet location close to French Quarter. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great towels.
    Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide fresh washcloths 2 out of 4 days. Television is in a location not easily viewed from bed. Decaf only coffee provided even after requesting regular coffee. Ceiling fan had only one speed even though 3 speeds were on control. Lights on vanity mirror and on ceiling fan were not operating. Pictures on web site were not representative of the property condition.

    Pros: Everything,The early check-in the customer service. It was incredible.,the Loft is home away from home The bed is so comfortable. The location is incredible. The front desk kind and nice the housekeepers are incredible. I hate it to leave. I will be staying again in February. I go to New Orleans about three times a year and this is where I will be staying at the loft , it’s quiet peaceful serenity

    The perfect stay

    Pros: Second time I’ve stayed at the loft and it’s gorgeous. The Staff are so kind. Everything is so pretty. I love the bathroom and the shower. I also love how clean everything feels. I’ll definitely be back for a third trip!
