Pros: The staff were awesome and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal! The gardens were beautiful too. The spa services were great as well.

Cons: The shower was terribly week and there was constant noise above us even though we were in the 4th floor.

Cons: We live about 3 hours from the hotel. We went for our 20th Anniversary and the only thing we wanted to do was to sit in a hot tub all day.. Well the hot tub was under construction and was closed. That could have been disclosed to us and was not.

Cons: The towels were threadbare around the edges and fairly thin. The carpet was old and felt dirty. The bed mattress, linens, pillows should be replaced. The entire room just felt tired and worn out. Needs to be updated.

Cons: I booked a room with one bed and got a room with two beds so my wife and i had to sleep separately from each other. I reported this to the front desk, and they said this is the room that booking .com said we booked. No ice machines and when i asked for a bag of ice a gentleman brought a bag of ice that would not fill a glass plus when he handed it to me most of the ice fell out of the bag onto the floor, but the gentleman walked away. The room was extremely small, and the toilet did not flush properly, which i also reported. No refrigerator or microwave. I was very disappointed in the room and staff for the price i paid. Also, the hotel offers a military discount but would not grant it even though booking .com said to ask for the discount upon checkin. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice

Cons: Elevators only one was working. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The other floors the ice machines were out of ice. Pillows were super flat. Towels smelt like chemicals. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view, but it had an adjoining door which was banged on at 7:00am by the children in the next room. The kids banged and yelled from 7:00am until 9:30am. We were also woke up at 2:00am by the baby crying next door. I realize kids will be kids, but it made for a very sleepless stay at the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was very good lovely location.

Cons: The first room was dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned. They then gave us another, but we had to wait two hours for it. By then, it didn’t feel clean. Needed updates. Mattress was poor. I don’t believe I needed to book the most expensive room to get a decent one the first time. Would have been nice if they at least comped a meal to make up for the inconvenience. But they didn’t.
