    Faded glory

    Pros: Nice location, easy to get to many interesting spots in Venice. Very quiet neighborhood, especially in the Evening. Friendly staff, clear communication, flexible with when certain payment had to be made.
    Cons: Although the rooms look beautiful at first glance, many things are broken or worn out. The drapes don't close properly, there's a lot of rust on everything in the bathroom, the bed is not very comfortable. I know that Venice is expensive, but I expect a bit more for this price.

    Pros: The service by the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to be helpful. The room decor was lovely and the view of gardens from the window was wonderful each morning and evening.

    I'll advise to stay there.

    Pros: We liked this house. It was big, with unique design. It was in good location, in centre, just 15 min walk distance from San Marko square.Just from starting little difficult to find.
    Cons: In kitchen cups and plates were not so clean.

    Pros: The room and bathroom were beautiful, and very good size. You can not use the fireplaces in venice. It is located on a quiet street away from all the noise. Nice to have windows, although there is not much of a view. Just the street.
    Cons: There are no staff at the hotel in the afternoon. And it took awhile to get a response from them to checkin at 4pm. But they only live a couple of minutes away from the hotel. The lobby stairs were dark. Would look better with the chandelier lights left on. Breakfast included would have been nice. But there are plenty of options in venice too.

    A peaceful and romantic base for exploring Venice.

    Pros: Quiet location far away from the touristy areas. Beautiful, romantic room.
    Cons: The only major problem was that the vintage toilet did not flush or refill the tank properly. We could work around it, but it was a bother. We mentioned this to the staff, but it was not fixed during our stay.
