    I love the vibe there,...

    Pros: I love the flowing river being right outside. You can build a fire or grill out. Perfect evening in the mountains. Stores are close by or grocery or necessities. Convenient to Cherokee and Bryson City.

    Disappointed with kitchenette room after...

    Pros: Location & staff
    Cons: Rented the Full size with twin with kitchenette for 2 nights. Nothing like the photos! 1 glass,3 cups, 2 plates, horrible pots/pans, unreadable stove dials, worn sheets & towels. Window to rear porch broken. Moldy shower & curtain. It would only take a couple hundred dollars and some elbow grease to clean & update this room. I suggest that happen. Please change the cleaning solution as it burnt my eyes terribly.

    Very quiet and relaxing

    Pros: Front desk staff was extremely helpful and nice. He brought up extra blankets and towels without asking. It was very quiet and relaxing.
    Cons: Not much. The only complaint I have was the shower head was way too low. I’m 6 foot 4 and it only came up to mid chest.

    Peaceful mountain stay.

    Pros: Great location, staff & comfort. It’s such a quiet motel. The river runs directly behind which makes it even a more peaceful stay.
    Cons: WiFi is a bit sketchy when raining.

    Cons: Pre booked price didn't match what I was quoted. Price at booking was $--- and when I arrived it was $---. I understand that their is a $100 deposit but why the extra? Can you refund my deposit, Ileft before office opened and haven't received anything

    Pros: The location is good for the area, Enjoyed staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is the older model but everything worked well and met all my needs.
