Cons: Very Dirty, it was dead insect ar our room. Also two cigarettes trash in our friend room. The shower was very dirty that i decided to not take shower. The Thermal was not working so had to go to the next door hotel. And we paidd 270$ ! Very expensive

Pros: Its location is wonderful - before its own baths were nice snd it adjoins by underground to the Alpentherme public baths so no need to dress in outside clothes to get there!

Cons: I have been going to this property for over 25 years and have watched it decline slowly but surely. It is very tired snd in need of a big renovation. The hotels own baths were closed so we were given free passes to the adjoining alpentherme baths which way great but even their facilities have declined although the baths themselves remain great. The staff in the hotel were very friendly which was good . But the bar lounge in the lobby is now closed and the breakfast while adequate doesnt compare to the sumptuous buffet of past years. Our room was clean and we did have a mini fridge which was great but the bathroom although clean way very very old and there were cracks and holes in the shower basin etc. If you only want a hotel to sleep in its ok but overall the hotel is no longer inviting.

Cons: Poor quality of the hotel room in general. Worn down, like travelling back in time. I asked for two separate beds but got a queen size.

Cons: The pictures of this hotel arent true!!! I visited this hotel two times 8 and 9 years ago! It was wonderful hotel with delitious kitchen. Now!! This hotel ought to be closed!! Price is high and service quality awful. We spent this time with dogs. We wanted to eat breakfast outside accepting hotel requirements ( we couldnt eat in restaurant because of dogs,) During the breakfast the ch of kitchen closed the door on is and two others famillies. We coudnt eat like others guests!!! Rabble!!! I payed for stay!!! Besides many information arent true!!

Beautiful location but please stay out of the Alpentherme facilities. That includes the hotel as well.

Pros: The location is just perfect.

Cons: The property is on the bankruptcy stage. Noting was working properly. Even all the lifts on the pool side are out of service. The sauna was nice 20 years ago but today half of it is not working and even the management is shutting down half the bulbs to save money. Honestly this place is a joke.

Cons: I would like a refund on the last night. I asked the staff if I could check out a day early, they said yes and made the change and then at check out told me I couldn't have a refund. The reason I needed to check out early was because the amenities were not what they claimed to be. There was no on site laundry as advertised, and no on site parking. The hotel itself was kind of dumpy but whatever on that. I needed to check out early because of the misinformation about what the hotel offered.

Pros: Very rich breakfast. Also using the pool was amazing with very few people, almost none. The view from the room was perfect and the entire hotel was very clean

Pros: we were upgraded to a nicer room in Hotel de France with very comfortable amenities. the view is breathtaking.

Cons: it was understaffed so they were overwhelmed with large tour groups.

hotel needs renovation, but the staff is superb !

Pros: we were upgraded to maison de France room for free, and had a lovely room. the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Cons: the hotels proper spa was closed for renovation, however, the public spa was made free for the hotels guests.

Pros: Good location

Cons: It was clear that no renovations had been done in quite some time. The outdated decor, worn-out furnishings, and overall lack of maintenance were evident throughout the entire property. Furthermore, the mini-bar which had been advertised, was nowhere to be found. The television in the room was non-functional, depriving us of the basic entertainment that we had expected during our stay. It's disappointing to pay for a service that was promised but not delivered. When we approached the reception to address these issues, the response was highly disappointing. The lady at the front desk simply brushed us off and suggested that we call a provided phone number for assistance as her shift had just ended. It was disconcerting to encounter such an unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the hotel staff, especially after having already endured a disappointing experience.
