Nice hotel

Pros: Comfortable, clean, close to city centre. Good breakfast. Room was a good size, nice bathroom.

Cons: A little hot in the room, temperature difficult to control.

Pros: Staff were nice , I had a problem with my booking but it got sorted out. Room was ok , comfortable bed but really needs upgrading especially the bathroom . Breakfast was nice with good choices

Cons: The WiFi was incredibly rubbish and so frustrating Building work outside woke me up at 7am I paid over €300 for 2 nights , the hotel needs to be better for that price

Definitely not 4 star, poor...

Pros: The location is good, just 5 minutes from the cathedral.

Cons: This is not a 4 star hotel, a bad 3 star at best. Cleanliness is very poor. Bathrooms look old with mould between the tiles and stains on the bedroom carpet. On our second day, house keeping never attended our room. Following the 3rd request, they attended at 7pm and just made the bed with the same dirty sheets. On the third day, house keeping again did not attend. We returned to our room at 4pm to find a mouse running around the room. We complained at reception who changed our room and admittedly provided us with an upgrade, but this was only for the last 12 hours of our stay. However no real apology was provided for something as horrendous as seeing a mouse in your hotel room! Also, nobody offered to move our luggage to the new room. Thus, as we packed up our room, with a mouse hiding somewhere in there, a staff member came to the room and just started moving furniture around the room to look for the mouse whilst we packed. We had to ask him to stop to allow us to pack. On checking out, there was no recognition from the staff of our experience. We were not asked about our stay or again, even a simple apology offered. This was an exceptionally poor experience and I would expect a significantly better service from a hotel which is a member of the Hyatt group. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again or any hotel which was part of this chain. To top it off, the balcony view from our ‘suite’ is a of an abandoned derelict building site.

Value&Performance

Pros: What I like to most for this place is location. You’re in center of the city. You do not need to use any other transportation, you can easily walk everywhere the place you should’ve visit.

Cons: It’s not related with hotel but near of the hotel there is police station and some constructions and this cause to noise during the night unfortunately

Lovely

Pros: The use of the pool next door with a hot tub; the breakfast; the central location near the cathedral; very clean; friendly and helpful staff; felt safe and secure; relaxed atmosphere; massive window.

Cons: Had a shower over the bath instead of a proper shower, but it worked well; expensive; hot tub by window where elderly from next door care home could look in from their garden.

Great location, great staff, definitely...

Pros: Super attentive staff and a great location a short 5 minute walk from the Cathedral (Dom). Facilities were good (pool and gym) and breakfast was great also. Definitely would stay here again.

Cons: Gym didn’t open till 0900.. but that’s about it.
