Pros: We have been going to the Keys for about 15 years and this is by far my favorite place and all of the places we stayed. It’s very clean and the property is on a tropical paradise.

Cons: It’s more expensive than we would’ve liked to pay, but it was spring break and ultimately, I think you get what you pay for.

Pros: The room was clean, and staff was friendly.

Cons: The hotel is located near the main road. I took the main building but my room was still very close to the road. When I was sitting outside my room you hear the laud noise of the cars passing by which is very annoying. The pool was not clean. Actually the water had a strange white color and when I entered into the pool I couldn't see my legs which felt to me very uncomfortable and dirty. The breakfast is in the back of the building in the inside of a bar (which is right next to the main road). If you sit outside you have to bare the laud noise of cars passing by. The breakfast was quite disappointing. The bagels were cold and very firm (it felt to me that they were frozen and not fresh). There were some oranges and apples no other vegetables or fruits. I was very disappointed with my stay for the above reasons, I felt that I am in a cheap motel and not in a high grade hotel (as the price per night would have suggested).

Pros: Everything but those 2 things were amazing. staff was excellent, view was amazing& amenities were amazing. It was an awesome stay. Just wish those 2 things could have been better but would definitely come back.

Cons: I would say breakfast was a let down. I’ve never just been served a danishes or bagels and that was it for breakfast at a resort. That was upsetting. Water pressure in our room was absolutely horrible drizzled out.

Beautiful sunset views. The apartment i rented across the street was great, and as the info said, it is not part of the main lodging location.

Pros: Fab location, gorgeous sunset, excellent breakfast. Nice that there was free Nespresso in reception and loved the set up of the room. Great bed!

Cons: A little noisy due to road proximity but that’s part and parcel of Layton - certainly not a problem.

Lovely relaxing 4 day break...

Pros: Fabulous resort with beautifully maintained grounds. Rooms are very comfortable and the waterfront balcony rooms provide lovely sea and sunset views. Initially we were disappointed with the kitchen facilities but our concerns were dealt with effectively by the friendly and professional team at reception. The same team provided really good restaurant recommendations! We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay and would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a relaxing break in Florida.

Cons: The description of room facilities at booking stage should be clearer and would have printed the disappointment referred above. Other resorts use less generic information to allow customers to focus on the facilities that best meet their requirements.

Cons: Restaurant on property could have been a little better. Didn’t end up eating there for dinner or getting drinks because it took too long with kids and lots of smoking outside. Breakfast there in the morning is great though.

Pros: The location was really nice. The porch area was large and very nice

Cons: Staff was not that helpful. The room was damp. Floors were damp. Couldn't wear your socks or go barefoot in room. Bedding stayed damp. To be fair, it had been raining a bit but I wouldn't expect the inside to be so wet. I had towels all over the floors so we wouldn't slip. Moisture was getting in somehow.
