Cons: Accommodation block was very underwhelming. Dark corridors, no artwork hanging & the planter boxes had no plants and were filled with sand for cigarette disposal. Pool areas had no vibes/music. Pool areas were no fun for teenagers. TV and WIFI terrible

Very Good

Pros: Staff were amazing. Setting is beautiful. Rooms could do with an upgrade. They were a bit outdated. Overall experience was good though.

Cons: Rooms in need of updates. If the rooms were nicer this hotel would clean up.

Wonderful

Pros: The room was INCREDIBLE. Huge room with window seat, VERY comfortable bed, and massive bathroom. All with a private backyard surrounded by greenery. Very quiet hotel.

Cons: Check-in took over 90 minutes. We were told we could wait down by the pool. We ordered a drink and had to pay for it (usually with such delays they are complimentary).

Cons: We stayed in room 107 and I seriously thought it was a bit of a joke. For the price paid not worth it at all. We are now staying at the courtyard Marriott and I should have booked here the whole time

Excellent hotel, the staff at the front desk, the waiters and waitresses, the maintenance and cleaning staff went out of there way to provide an excellent Bali experience. Even Roberto who operates a small bar on the beach in front of the hotel was excellent, We could leave all of our valuables in his possession while we swam or boogie boarded and trust our belongings would be kept safe.

Pros: Wonderful staff, excellent food, close to beach

Pros: The food, location and facilities were excellent. Room service and restaurant staff were great.

Cons: I paid for a deluxe room and was put in a superior room. The front desk offered to fix the issue the next day but never apologized for the error.
