    legendary NIGHTMARE do not recommend GHETTO

    Pros: beach was peaceful and beautiful.
    Cons: staff was bored had attitudes. rooms and facilities look like a bad 80s romance in miami beach with a carribean touch! tours they offered were overpriced. no one was enthusiastic about anything. Food wasnt authentic- they water down all the flavor and culinary experience. bar restaurant doesnt play music and was ghetto. check in lady was half zoned out half sleep.

    We had an excellent time at this lovely local hotel. We intend to return to this place.

    Pros: Excellent location, family really enjoyed the well kept beach and staff made you feel comfortable. Room and bathroom was were clean. Although a little dated, I will be visiting again, no question. Both pools were great, but why go when we had the 7 mile wide Caribbean sea beside us.
    Cons: Love this spot, however, the wifi is spotty. Kept dropping while on a conference call. $12/ day for a fridge?? No microwave. These are standard features for most hotels. Should reconsider this approach/ policy.

    Pros: Absolutely loved Legends It is an older hotel but this just added to its beauty and charm. I have been to a hotel in Jamaica before and I could have been anywhere in the world at Legends I felt like I was in real Jamaica. Big shout out to Ceasar who was just the best. 7 mile beach is just sooooo beautiful and i loved running along it in the mornings. The food was good too (didn't book all inclusive).

    Pros: The location was the best thing I liked. It is right on 7mile beach.
    Cons: The room was very dark, not enough light. The bedsheets not the best. Too many flies in the dining area. I booked for a King size bed room, I was given two Queen beds. Then was told they would move me and never did. It can use some updates overall!

    Pros: The buffet of breakfast and of the evening was very good. Thanks a lot to the waitress who was serving the breakfast, she was very kind, smiling and nice. Same thing for a few other waitresses.
    Cons: Otherwise, everyone else weren't friendly at all, it looks like we were bothering them anytime we were asking for something, they were not kind at all, even a bit mean at some points. Some waiters/waitresses, even the lady at the reception, they were all not nice at all, not friendly and annoyed. Particularly the man who was taking care of the beach, being very rude and yelling at us saying that we were not nice at all. Don't recommend at all this place for the people who are working there.

    only stay at legends if youre desperate

    Pros: the location the security guard was friendly
    Cons: No internet connection in the rooms rooms full of mosquitoes saw cockroaches bed is very dangerous as mattress is set on big plinth of wood which they cover with the sheet. we banged our legs

    Pros: the Jamaican people are my main reason for going to Negril. the beach, room and breakfast were wonderful. even the stray cats were fine.

    This was by far the best trip I have ever had and will be back to Jamaica hopefully very soon!

    Pros: The property is older but very well kept. The beach is gorgeous and the staff were friendly. The pricing during the booking process and all inclusive options was a bit confusing on Booking.com but we ended up eating local so it was fine. The food at the hotel restaurant was really good but we loved the local cuisine. The beds were decent, a little harder than Im used to but definitely great for a hotel. The rooms were super clean and security was excellent.
    Cons: There are no coffee makers or mini fridges in the room which makes it hard to keep left overs or wake up but we ended finding the best local coffee next door.

    We love it!

    Pros: Great hospitality, amazing personel warm, smile and friendly. Very nice rooms, big comfy bed, good clean pool and the best location ever. Remember to stay on the beachside, otherwise you need to cross busy road to get the beach. You can go for free to sister resort Samsara and it's worth to visit!
    Cons: Food ( la carte) sucks. Watever you ask is just finish... Maybe option All is better but we didn't try. But nex to Legends is Kuyaba hotel and restaurant and food there is absolutely amazing!
