    It was good!

    Pros: Updated, comfortable accomodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own vehicle but took advantage of their easy convenient shuttle. The downtown location was perfect

    Cons: We had to wait until 5:45 to check in and had to wait in car. Very inconvenient with child. Also had a water leak from dishwasher with water into living area and it took a half a day to clean up.

    Would return anytime!

    Pros: Friendly employees and clean place. They give us place in the lobby to wax our snowboard. They kept our luggage at the front desk after the checkout because we had a snowboard race. They also gave us some extra cooking pans. Very good service!
    Cons: On the last night our neibours were making a lot of noise at 2AM. I went to see the other clients and they didn't stop. This is not the hotel's fault. It's just that the walls are not really soundproof.

    Pros: There was no breakfast.
    Cons: The thermostats in each room did not work. It was incredibly hot and we could not adjust the temp. The shower ran out of hot water and I had to take a cold shower. Not enough towels were provided. Beds were uncomfortable.

    Pros: Clean and Convenient to the ski resort.
    Cons: We utilized the shuttle to take us to the resort. Each time when coming back from the ski resort, the shuttles were no where to be found. We called the number given to us but no one answered. We ended up taking the bus back to the room.

    Great value in Steamboat

    Pros: The shuttle to Steamboat ski resort is really handy. The staff are courteous and professional. There’s laundry facilities. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with a kitchen, dining table,pull out couch that’s actually comfortable, nice pillows and bedding. It’s very quiet and comfortable.
    Cons: The hot tub is very chlorinated and the sauna doesn’t get very hot.

    Good all in all, but...

    Pros: All in all, a great place. Location is central to both the mountain and town, as well as amenities like grocery stores (Safeway across the street) and restaurants as well as the river trail, etc. The unit we were in was clean and felt new, with everything we needed.
    Cons: The outside of the building is pretty beat down. I'd imagine fixing that is in the plans, but for now it's a pretty dreary place outside. Not really an issue, just cosmetic. The only real issue we faced was the heat. Our unit was on the 3rd (top) floor, so you'd expect it to be a bit warm. But, it was an inferno. We ended up turning off all the thermostats AND running the AC units just to keep the temps manageable. Opened doors when we were there as well, but still the place would get crazy hot. Again, not the end of the world, but I'd worry about what it'd be like on a hot summer day - and also what the electric usage is like if we had to run AC in winter (granted, a warm spell, but only in the upper 40s/low 50s during the day, high 20s at night)!

    Pros: Rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen appliances and fridge worked well.
    Cons: The heating and cooling was a little hard to figure out and my fan light kept coming on randomly. But that could have been user error.

    Spacious, clean and comfortable.

    Pros: The condo was lovely, clean and spacious. Felt like it was brand new. Location was good, not too far from downtown or the resort. Grocery store was across the street which was convenient. Very clean, as I said basically new.
    Cons: Directions to get there were a little confusing as there are two buildings that are at different locations but we figured it out.
