    Great location, great breakfast but poor room

    Pros: Location & breakfast was fantastic, together with the charm of the building itself
    Cons: The rooms were very poor. We changed from 1st to an alternative but both just spaces made in an attic which were not suitable for rooms - very low ceilings everywhere ( bed/toilet/bathroom) so could not stand up, no facilities to get ready (mirror/dressing table) Informed hotel was full so no other rooms available but from carpark & breakfast capacity it appeared at only around 25% capacity ?

    Really relaxing stay in beautiful setting

    Pros: We particularly liked the setting, and were pleased we'd decided to pay more for a room with a view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed eating in the restaurant and on the terrace - again, the views were wonderful. The food was very good without being overly elaborate/expensive. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Our bedroom was elegant - not huge, but with the balcony/view this wasn't an issue. Nice Clarins products were a bonus.
    Cons: The only thing to note - not an issue with the hotel itself - is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise.

    Comfortable stay but not sure is value for money

    Pros: Everything was nice, great view, spa and breakfast included, all things needed for comfort of our stay
    Cons: Majority of the stuff were great but sometimes we were not treated like guests, instead like some faulty kids, though we didnt do anything wrong. Not a feeling you expect from such a hotel. Breakfast choice was ok, but not great at all

    Pros: Best location next to lake with fantastic garden. Parking easy, breakfast room with top view over the lake. Suite large, newly built, clean and comfortable. WLAN a bit weak but ok. Dinner was ok but not exciting. Breakfast perfect with very polite service and wonderful french food. Overall we loved it.

    Pros: We stayed in a suite Capucine which has a bedroom and huge bathroom. The room was spacious, super clean, furniture is a great shape, overall exceeded expectations. The hotel is cute, the swimming pool is super warm and has great hamam. Breakfast was delicious and served in a very light dining hall with a view. Stuff was very attentive and helpful.
    Cons: Just a small note - to fix the toilet door in the room capucine

    Pros: The view and the size of the room were lovely.
    Cons: Extremely hot and no fan. Wall peeling off both in the bathroom and room. I am not a picky person but when you pay 280 a night then this becomes annoying. Paper cups. Really?

    Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. the staff were excellent and the owner took time to speak to guests and ensure they were happy.

    Excellent place to stay!

    Pros: The night in the villa part of the hotel was fine, great suite and great view of the lake. The hotel's staff welcomed us warm-hearted and were very caring, just what we needed after a lengthy trip that day. We enjoyed the amenities and the vast park-like garden of the hotel, also breakfast was fine.
