Landmark Hotel Group was established in 1983, and has since carried the reputation for building quality hotels and unmatched hospitality services.Their first hotel was in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In 1995, they made their first hotel acquisition in Virginia. A few years later, a year after making it to the new century, the group formed their Corporate Office in 2001. In 2003, they established Benchmark Hotel Group, which was later renamed into Landmark Hotel Group in 2005. In 2012, the group presented Roaring 20 Award—a big recognition for the brand. The following year, they have added 10 more hotels in their portfolio.

In 2017, the group launched the new Landmark Hotel Group website, which has made it easy for the team to reach out more clients across the globe. The group has always been one for trends, and opening their website with an optimized set of features is one of their ways in securing industry immortality. Its diverse group of members is also a big factor in bringing their brand forward in this new millennial generation.
