Cons: The tub was cracked on the floor and was very week to support me standing for my shower.. the shower was not clean.. it still had hair on near the drain area.. wifi was another issue, I couldn't connect to do my work..

The hotel is disappointing. the quality has deteriorated compared the previous years we stayed here.

Pros: no breakfast. I dont know what I like. but i know I wont be choosing this hotel again.

Cons: everything . there are already room residents who is staying, so there were noises already,,not a relaxing place to stay. the hotel has a lot of flies, even in the elevator and main lobby. they charge 200 for the parking

Cons: I was expecting a functioning kitchen but it only has set of cups, utensils and plates. Yep, no microwave nor coffee maker, definitely not a full kitchen. Good thing I am going to eat outside that night. Need to ask for electric kettle, too. Maybe I shouldn't have paid in advance so I could have asked for a different room. Everything in the room seems old/falling apart. I tried to set the shower temp to hot (the 2nd time) and it didn't work. Cannot connect to the wifi, can't switch channels on tv. Since I can't use the kitchen, I was planning on having instant noodles while I do some online classes but the Electric kettle didn't automatically turn off the first time I tried it so I just went to sleep so I can check out early the next day. The faucet and hair dryer seems like they wanted to fall off every time I touch them. Window's view not great as well. Should have gotten a cheaper room so my disappointment is justified.

Pros: Although the hotels restaurant wasnt operational, its easy to buy/order food through grab/food panda. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful

Cons: Some rooms were rented out to foreign nationals and you can smell something pungent along the hallways. There were leaks on the ceiling and the windows facing the view outside were dirty.
