    Pros: Great location.
    Cons: Extremely strange set up/staff/technology and service and a lot of unexpected poorly communicated details. We chose this hotel bc of the beautiful pool pictured. Not only was it not available, it was drained with a puddle of mosquito water the entire time. The keys rarely worked. There was rarely someone in the front to help. I nearly missed my flight because the front desk wasn’t there and I could not collect my bags. Part of the property is on the other side of the road.

    Pros: The location and the original historic building with the courtyard.
    Cons: Our room was in the back of the property in a different house. It didn't have a single window, only door with glass panes which had curtains on it. The hotel is under serious need of general maintenance, I don't even think it needs reconstruction just maintenance, we had tiles fallen off in the bathroom, holes in the walls, sparks coming out of the AC unit and the pool was in a state too, it wasn't in operation.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: A bit dirty and asked staff to help with tv which didn’t work at all. He said he’d send someone over in 20 minutes. No one ever came.

    Pros: The location was exactly where I liked to be, the charm of the room, clean and comfortable.
    Cons: There was nothing I didn't like but I would suggest a blackout curtain for the doorway between bedroom and entrance way, it gets bright in the morning and room needs a little fridge.

    Wonderful quaint vintage hotel stay...

    Pros: Location was excellent! Minutes to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. Hotel entrance and courtyard were vintage New Orleans. Reception was accommodating, luggage storage, information, taxi. Quiet street, private entrance. My room was spacious, clean, coffee machine, toiletries. AC worked well.
    Cons: A mini fridge would have been nice. Very quiet except for some noise(talking moving) coming from vents connecting next room. Nothing outrageous. Some rooms are across the street from main hotel. Entrance is a gate. I felt safe but might not be for everyone.

    Pros: I liked how it was right in the heart of the French Quarter. Location was great!
    Cons: Hard to find parking if you don’t get there early and don’t want to pay the $30 fee for the gated parking.

    Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet but convenient location
    Cons: There were 2 buildings which we did not know so we weren’t able to stay in the historic hotel. Safe broken and not replaced after request, no TP or tissue upon arrival, tv did not work, dresser drawers would not stay closed and room so small was a tripping hazard at night, bathroom door would not close, hairdryer burned out and almost started a fire, if wanted housekeeping had to request it and toiletries not replaced. Staff totally disinterested. Had only coffee in lobby, had to request water. Will never stay again
