Cons: Building needs up grade, need some better selection for breakfast, had a problem in the swimming area with someone a teenager, went to the desk showed them who it was and they did nothing so my kids could not go swimming that whole day because that person was there and would not leave any of my kids alone. They tried to drown them and touch them in a wrong way. How the staff handled it was not to impress. My family felt very unsafe.

Cons: The beds were really soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. They were like sleeping in quicksand. There was no support at all and we both ended up in the middle of the bed sunk into the bed like a hole. The hot tub had cold water blowing from the jets too.

Pros: Location was good and the kids really enjoyed the indoor water park.

Cons: Overall nice facility and very comfy beds. However, no updates for a while as there are a lot of furniture marks. Coin machine empty on the weekend. I’m being picky. Would definitely stay here again!
