Our stay was ok but could of been so much better if all above was adhered to!

Pros: Decent spotless clean rooms cleaning staff lovely

Cons: Reception staff unpleasant, our request not even looked at, first room 170 tree in balcony with us and no light or view, got moved to 177 far better and light but not what we requested, no full length wardrobe for dresses, no iron , no fridge unless pay , no tea coffee facilities in room, no adult pool only all pools full of kids!

We will be back

Pros: Overall, it's great value for money. We got great room that was cleaned daily. Also, if you leave the towles in the bath or sink, they will change it (they mention this on a card in the bathroom). We were happy with the food and good variety with themed dinners. We always found something to eat. The facilities are also very good (we only didn't use the spa). There are 3 pools, a jacuzzi which is awesome, adults only roof terrace that is quiet and the gym is okay for the hotels standards. The service is really worth mentioning, from the reception, housekeeping and waiters, they work really hard but with a smile. Big shoutout to Teo from the bar (restaurant)! There is no self-service in the hotel and you have to use your room card for drinks etc. but that's understandable as not all guests are all-inclusive. Yes, you do have to pay 25 euros for the fridge (minibar), but you are aware of it before and you get 12 drinks in it and crisps so it's a.good thing.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Only thing that can be mentioned is that evening entertainment was a hit and miss sometimes, but as it was different every night, it's not easy to please everyone every time. Also, sometimes it's a bit hard to find sunbeds in the afternoon. My suggestion would be to have some water service stations in the hotel to fill out the bottles.

Cons: Towels weren't changed daily, we're changed every 2 to 3 days, bedsheets weren't changed jad stains on them, arrived at the hotel with only a little bit off shower gel thought it might be filled when they cleaned the room the next day but was not filled in 2 days until I had to go to reception and ask for shower gel, we had bought are own wine glass and the cleaners had taken it, I asked multiple times about where it is and if I will get it back I was informed it would be returned but never was, found it very strange that I had to pay 25 euro to use the fridge in my room.

Cons: The only downside was the pool bar wasn't great they had only one beer on draft Amstel think they should have more variety for people eg Heineken coorslight local beer even not great choice of beers if your a beer drinker think there loosening out on that we had to go elsewhere for a beer
