    Pros: My stay at the property was good. The BnB is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from major attractions. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Good for short stay.
    Cons: The room didnt have enough natural light so it felt a little claustrophobic.

    Nice enough.

    Pros: The location is great and puts you right in the heart of the city. The staff are very friendly and ready to help, which is always nice.
    Cons: The wrong bed configuration was provided but the staff fixed it quickly and without fuss. The room is clean and well cared for however the shower curtain needs to be burned and the Bath's spa filters were mouldy.

    Pros: Location is really great! Close to everywhere. Its not noisy even though its next to Duomo.
    Cons: We didnt mind the stairs but there were two issues. One is mosquitoes in the room in January! The second night we were seriously bitten all over the face. Second is breakfast being only packaged rolls/muffins. The mosquito issue really ruined our stay in Florence.

    Very disappointed as previously issue noted on reviews and was not rectified. Did not complete our stay 2 out of 5 days.

    Pros: The accommodation was close to all attractions and train station.
    Cons: We were given the Michelangelo suite, although large and looked ok for our needs, all we need was a reasonably comfortable bed as never in the room but to sleep. The. 4 poster bed was rock hard which squeaked and rocked every time we moved. This was not expectable in anyones terms. After speaking with the hotel via whats Ap there was no other room avail. We had to find other accommodation. For the last 3 days of our stay. We are getting no communication or reimbursement from hotel. Go somewhere else.

    Changed our less expensive hotels to better ones because of this place.

    Pros: Very close to everything. Nice staff.
    Cons: Floors, tables Not clean, electrical was decades old, pics on line are very misleading. There were packaged cookies and yogurt for breakfast, not really s breakfast. Windows open to low rent apts. Have to keep drapes closed. Caged areas are at each floor over courtyard so garbage thrown out doesnt hit people below. So trash and other apts was our view. Bath fixtures were loose, cold place.

    Pros: Location is perfect next to the Duomo and easy to walk to atractions.
    Cons: The room is dark and depressing, the terrace was chickenwire above a lower level roof, with view into other peoples room, and no view on the sky. Bathroom was very crammed in a corner. The floor felt sandy and gritty. The coffeemachine didn't work properly and wasn't cleaned from previous guest or guests. The bed was extreemly uncomfortable. Matras and pillows where very hard and made it impossible to sleep. Room/bed was cold and no (extra) blankets provided we only had a sheet laying on the bed.

    Cons: The bed was a little hard but fine fit 2 nights.
