Pros: Location was close to mall and stores and the freeway. Personnel helpful. Thanksfered us to a better room.

Cons: We were given an unmarked room on the 4th floor. The toilet flush bar was broken. The cabinet of the fridge didn’t close.dead bug on the floor. Breakfast : egg and sausage was cold! Warmer didnt work. The person for the front desk also did breakfast in the kitchen .

Cons: From check in to check out there were issues. I called to check in early and they wanted to charge me an extra day so I waited to check in till 3pm. I didn't get checked in till 4:30pm due to staffing and room not being ready. Sink was clogged

Pros: Not a hell of a lot really!

Cons: Where does one start! We checked in late on Sunday,we got to room and the TV wasn't working went to phone the front desk and the phone wasn't working! Had to call using our cell phone! The gentleman came up and proceeded to play with buttons and mess the tv up even more and basically said Mike the manager will be in at 7am he will take care of it(Mike never did anything to his defense he probably wasn't even told) also we asked the guy for extra pillows he just basically threw on the bed on top of my wife! I went to check out the gym that evening after checking in it was dirty towels/water bottles etc on the ground figuring it'll be cleaned in the morning no problem,I went to workout on Monday morning and not to my surprise the gym hadn't been cleaned and when I went to train on Tuesday morning it was in exactly same state as it was on Sunday when I arrived.The pool and hit tub was located next to little gym another reason why I picked this hotel but absolutely no way I was getting in this pool as the water was so dirty and brown it was such a turn off...which is an absolute disgrace as so many kids and families were staying at hotel due to spring break! As we were leaving for our day on Monday the cleaning lady was on our floor I went and gave her a nice tip and said can you leave us a few extra towels when you do our room thanks,we come back and yes we have some new towels in the bathroom but that's it no bed made absolutely nothing,when I asked Mike the next day he said we only had one cleaning person on Monday she couldn't clean all the rooms! Fast forward to Tuesday our last day I had only bought one pair of shorts for trip but wore Monday as it was warmer than expected so wanted to do some laundry early (another reason I booked this hotel as it advertised laundry in house) as I like to go to gym and don't like bringing slot of workout clothes etc so it's easy to just do a load of laundry in the a.m!

Cons: Yes! At check in the guy was very hard to understand and was not the friendliest. Checked in and went to our room to find it had not been cleaned! The beds were slept in, there was a dirty sock and towel on the floor, and a half drank bottle of water.

Pros: I love the friendly staff when walking in. The lady that checked me in was very nice and accommodating.

Cons: I didn’t like how the doors would slam when closing them.
