    Pros: The staff was amazing. The GM went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I will definitely rebook at this hotel. My room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Very nice tucked away location, it was perfect.
    Cons: The only thing that could have been more comfortable would be the temperature of the pool and hot tub. Both were cooler than I like, but also they were very clean. I really enjoyed the outside pool area, we spent a lot of time out there.

    Pros: Exceptionally large room with updated interior. Nice location and grounds. Price was cheapest in the UCF area where hotel rating was 8+.
    Cons: Room had some issues like TV volume didn't work, coffee machine was dirty, and door wouldn't lock when leaving (only could lock while in the room).

    Perfect stay with everything you...

    Pros: Great place with everything you need. Very spacious room! The gym was great for a quick workout and the staff were great.
    Cons: My only thing was the breakfast options. It would’ve been great to have a little more selection in terms of healthy options. Even the healthy looking cereals were super sugary but I think that’s just the USA in general.

    you get what you pay...

    Pros: cleaning staff was friendly and hard working.
    Cons: Breakfast was weak based on other hotels. Pool was hot like 102 degrees. Hot tub was Ice cold first day then same as pool the next 3 days around 103 degrees. Hotel needs new windows. Seals are broken in windows you can barely see out. Looks terrible from outside with broken seal windows also siding need to be replaced on THE LARGE HOLES on facia and soffit before animals enter the attic. Breakfast was same every day and lackluster.

    Pros: The Staff were friendly and professionals. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Good location, minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities for kids. Very good price.
