    I give it a title...

    Pros: What I liked was that there was a dark-skinned gentleman who assisted me in a technical and friendly manner.
    Cons: What I didn't like was the treatment that the gentleman gave me when I arrived. I felt discriminated against and that is not done to any person. I believe that we all deserve respect when we are treated as citizens.

    Pros: I like how quiet it is and no one bothers you also how clean it is
    Cons: The pool was closed for 2 days and was told it would be open the next day and was not my child asked when it would be open and the front desk lady rudely replied (if theres a sign on it then that clearly means its closed )

    Cons: I did not stay at your hotel! I called Friday( 11/3) & the day of (11/4) asking was the pool up and running both answers "Yes" I get there w/ my daughter & granddaughter I was told the pool was closed. The gentleman was very polite & helpful, but I was very disappointed about the pool! My daughter who does not like the pool as much I asked her what she wanted for her bday she said a pool& to sleep at the hotel!!! Very disappointing

    Wonderful

    Nice , clean , friendly...

    Pros: Location is nice and easy , close to a lot . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed comfortable . Staff was very nice . Breakfast was decent . Would stay here again

    Mixed feelings

    Pros: It was convenient for my family gathering.
    Cons: It was a little worn around the edges. I made a reservation through Trivago on hotels.com which quoted $149 a night for 3 nights. I got a bait and switch because Booking.com charged me over $700 forcthe three nights and your staff told me there was nothing they could do about it. I felt ripped off.

    Sad to see that customer service is not important to this hotel.

    Pros: There was a front desk gentleman who tried to be understanding and pleasant. "Jerry" the supervisor, took over and was completely unprofessional and uncaring.
    Cons: Booked ahead, handicap room needed. Room was not checked after previous guests. Damaged tv, screen smashed, unclean bathroom and mini-fridge. Night supervisor would not move from his chair. Completely unconcerned that we had nowhere to stay. Would only tell us he was "Jerry". He said he could not accomodate us. He tried to get us to leave without receipt. He did cancel our stay, refunded money. Very disrespectful and uncaring.

    Disappointing

    Pros: the price
    Cons: semi-clean, was not completely awful but wasn't great. The rooms were ok, the pool was DISGUSTING, garbage on the floors, a woman's fake fingernail on the floor, no towels....however the gentleman that helped us at the front desk was very polite and nice
