Dirty, wildly unacceptable level of...

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: These rooms were dirty, stains on chairs, unflushed toilet, grime on doors, dead TV, no coffee cups. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. La Quinta should be ashamed. I recommend customers stay at any other available hotel, and I recommend that Booking.com downrate this location.

Pros: Everything was disgusting. The rooms were filthy, unsanitary. Your towels were brown and grey. The rooms smelled like smoke, there were roaches in the rooms and the outside of the building looked like a trap house….

Cons: Everything. The lazy. Rude. And often annoyed staff…. The disgusting accommodations. I bought 4 rooms, we left as soon as the rest of my party arrived. At midnight. The place was filthy. There was a pen cap “working” the shower in “the suite”. Blood on 3/4 rooms bedsheets.

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: This was the worst stay we’ve ever had. The lock on the door did not work, we had to place a chair under the door knob to keep people out. There was hair dye all over the bathroom and on other surfaces in the room, the toilet leaked water up under the tile floor. The A/C didn’t work and smelled awful! The towels looked like they had been used to clean up car grease, and the bed spread had black stains on it.

Cons: The room was incredibly dirty, stains on the bedding, walls, floors, mirror. Trash still in room. Toilet didn’t flush. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. We booked a king bed and got two full sized beds instead. We waited 20min for a clerk to show up and check us in when we got there.

Avoid at all costs

Pros: Staff was okay, and the one and only woman cleaning was overworked, highly stressed and trying to clean all of the rooms by herself. She had worked over 24 hours straight! The bed was comfortable.

Cons: Horrible room, door lock was faulty resulting in our door being ajar all night, room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke, the bathroom sink was clogged by a rotten hard boiled egg shell, the shower had not been cleaned and there were no towels or toilet paper. Outside the door was a sticky mess that wasn't giung to be easily removed. Unfortunately it was rodeo weekend combined with the Eclipse so the hotels and this one were all booked. The place needs so much infrastructure repairs that no one should stay on the second floor. We will never stay here again and frankly it tarnishes the LaQuinta brand name. We have stayed in other LaQuinta locations but this one is the worst by a long shot. We were so disgusted that we left without taking a shower or eating the included breakfast.

Passable

Pros: Our new room was decent. Clean beds. Breakfast was surprisingly good with large space in conference center. Waffle maker was popular and didn't want to wait for it. Parking right in front of the door.

Cons: Our first room was so dirty and had mold and standing water behind and next to toilet. The toilet itself was dirty with visible feces on it

Terrible

Cons: The address was wrong so took us more than 30 mins to find the place. The staff were unapologetic and defensive, the room smelt of damp, the bathroom was mouldy, the bedding was dirty and itchy, there were only 2 thin sheets so we were cold. There was a dog next door crying most of the night. I will never be staying at one of these hotels again. We’re really not fussy but this was all around a terrible experience.

Pros: Convenient location to freeway

Cons: Terrible breakfast area. The only hot food was waffles. No eggs or bacon or potato’s. Small coffee cups. No to go lids provided.

Pros: New owner is rude. We had to move rooms for 123 times and every room was worse as they put it in and then they did a couple of things. I can’t explain here but I think there’s somebody here.

Cons: The room smelled terrible, it was filthy, tv didn’t work, two lamps didn’t work, door was difficult to open, beds had stains on them, towels had brown spots all over them, people screaming outside our door all night long, the AC made a screeching noise every time it turned on.

Cons: I had to stay in four different rooms. Every room had major problems. The last room we moved to from the plumbing they just everything was they were very satisfactory and the plumbing was a problem in the first one the second one I don’t remember what I rate the third Fourth one had no light ice cream remember why we had to move it there was a major problem, and the worst part was they wouldn’t fix them the final room we moved to no lights when we moved in and no showerhead and the first room had sink it was stopped, and I forget what the others were The first room. The new owner is absolutely ridiculous. He makes threats to his staff. The staff is mostly incompetent because the disc they’ve all have no experience and they can’t answer questions or do anything all of the doors and the locks we dealt with or shabby and didn’t work well we had one that wouldn’t after we got there that we moved from us to the one server , the Lockwood work it was just absolutely red. I mean you made you couldn’t the fourth room at the ship besides the shower no lights you have to share the lock door to get the locked even work and I’m tired of talking to people here facility is rundown. The staff is not knowledgeable. The manager when I ask a question has never gotten back to me with an answer somebody was allowed to go to the front desk With me in my room, the lady went to the front desk told them that would you please use the card and the thing to be extended for a week and she did I was never caught consulted and yeah that’s illegal and I asked her to run the cameras see who read that transaction and she never got back. I mean she knew the computer who individual was but she never got back with me so I can put Ent notification of the real criminal , the lady that stayed with me and you know it’s just ridiculous. Cons: The first room the key did not work. The second room was not clean. Thrash on the floor. bed uncomfortable. The towels were not clean.
