Wonderful 3 night stay!

Pros: Although we could not check in early, we were able to leave our luggage at the desk to explore the city. Once we were able to check in officially our bags were placed in our rooms. We were also given an upgraded room from booking which was such a lovely surprise. The hotel was close to the train station, but the hotel does offer a small taxi to come pick you and can drop you off. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast. There was a juicing station and a chef to prepare eggs for you. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having storage for our bags so they didn't always have to be on the ground. We also appreciated that the TVs home screen had an option that displayed local weather and webcams to destinations. It helped with our plans!

Cons: The room can feel slightly stuffy. I do feel this is an unfair judgement since I am an American and use to AC. I will say opening the door for circulation did help.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Close to the city center and bus station. Amazing spa zone. Quiet and just amazing!

Cons: Not a very big choice of food at the hotels restaurant (for dinner). The spa zone is closing at 8PM.

Pros: The team is well trained, well organised and the hotel is one of the best as I believe. Spa facilities are wonderful, also the balcony is exceptional. Everything was great I would love to say thanks to Mrs. Yoana - Reception for her warm welcome.

Cons: Only one thing, my room has no air conditioning. Thats make my sleep worse Also house keeping can access your room anytime even if you are inside room or bathroom, thats surprising me

Pros: Good location, short walk from the main station and Gornergrat station. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.. It was quiet in the evening. Superb view of the Matterhorn from balcony. Very good breakfast, large choice of food and drink.

Warning Dont Book Here - Absolutely Disgusting

A calm hotel after a day of hiking in the mountains. The View is nice

Pros: A very nice hotel, with good view, we slept in the new wing and the room was very large and suited us just right. Everything was clean and equipped. The location of the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff came to pick us up from the train. The children also really enjoyed the large pool.

Cons: Breakfast needs to improve. The coffee was undrinkable and the vegetables were not fresh. Other than that the hotel was excellent.

If going again this is the top of my list

Pros: Great place, has 3 really cool pools with water treatment. My room can see the Matterhorn mountains all the time. Very clean and quite place to stay, and you gotta use the pools, they superb.

Cons: The pillow is way way too soft, I had to fold it in half and still not comfortable. And the room gets kinda hot with no AC. I guess these are Swiss thing lol.

Our stay at Resort Ginabelle

Pros: Close to train station.

Cons: Have to leave water running for more than 5 minutes to get hot water. Doesn't make sense. Bed is super soft, too soft. We almost sank in it and my side was sloping downward. Lights are off in corridors to save energy, with motion sensors, but a bit too much in some ground floor sitting areas.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast buffet included! Easy 5 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet location away from the main tourist area, but an easy walk to get there. Free shuttle also an option. Zermatt has amazing scenery, great shops and restaurants, and easy walkability!
