The hotel is ideally located on the sea of Tabarka and offers high-quality services and facilities with an overall luxurious experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the professional staff at the reception, who efficiently checked me in. Detailed information about the hotel's services and available facilities, including restaurants, pools, and a fitness center, was provided to me. Entering the room, it was stunning. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities a guest could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly appointed with luxurious bath products. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were also provided. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. The dishes offered a fantastic variety of delicious cuisine from different world kitchens. The food was flavorful and of high quality, served professionally by well-trained waitstaff. The hotel boasts a variety of facilities that enhance the overall experience. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. Cons: Being a bit out of season the diversity of the buffets was not great. However good and service were excellent. The AC in the villas was not entirely functional.

Pros: I actually made this booking for my parents as a gift for the birthday of my mom. My parents loved everything: the welcome, the food, the very nice staff.. really these people went above and beyond for everything. Since it was to celebrate my mom's birthday, I asked the hotel staff through booking.com to leave a short word for my mom to wish her a happy birthday from her son. Guess what they did!!! They brought her a birthday cake as a surprise to in her room!! I haven't thought of the birthday cake and I haven't paid for it. They just did it! It might be seem like a small detail and a cake won't cost that much, but it's about the surprise effect, about the thought they put into it and the extra mile they went. I really really recommend this hotel, you will be positively surprised! Thank you so much for all what you've done!
