    I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Novara!

    Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the La Bussola in Novara, Italy. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has a charming atmosphere. The rooms are very well equipped, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and modern amenities. The hotel offers private car parking, which is a great plus in this busy area. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and local products. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any request.

    Pros: Mix up with booking so eventually given upgrade to a superior suite which was good
    Cons: Having travelled for many decades this was a first. Had no hot water. Down to reception to be told as it was mainly business hotel it is switched off during the day! (Do no business people arrive during the day and want to freshen up?) Anyway hot water switched on. However as had long journey next morning left early and again no hot water. Bizarre!

    Excellent stop. I reccomend this hotel!

    Pros: The hotel and the rooms were nicely furnished, with character and a bit quirky. The toiletry in the room was very good and there were some toothbrushes! The breakfast was excellent and varied with lots of homemade cakes and even the possibility of having freshly baked croissants! All the personnel was very kind and really doing everything to help.
    Cons: The hotel is in a residential area and there is not a big choice of restaurants around.
