Pros: Location is really good. Right opposite Tin Hau MTR, and bus station. Very convenient. Also super market and amenities right near the hotel. The check in was great, very efficient and friendly staff. Thank you.

Great service, unbeatable location

Pros: Location was excellent, 1-min walk to the MTR exit, plenty of bus/tram options, and there was a Circle K convenience store just across from the hotel, and other food options nearby as well. Rooms were clean, spacious and well-furnished, high floor with a great view, TV worked fine, bed was comfy, wardrobe had ample space. Amenities were decent, with a pool and gym, though the gym had limited machines and pool was rather small. Staff and concierge service was good, they were helpful when we had questions.

Cons: The gym and swimming pool were small. Room sound-proofing could be better - we could hear other loud guests along the corridor (though this only happened once and they were being extremely loud)

Definitely would stay again

Pros: Location, opposite MTR and very quiet where we were on the 31st floor Shower good. Air con good. Lucky with our ooen view. Comfortable size room.

Cons: I didnt report it but our toilet flush kept jamming and wasting lots of eater so I lofted the lid to fix it. Happened several times.

It exceeded our expectations! Keep it up!

Pros: The location is v convenient as its near MTR. Love the Nina paterserrie too. Housekeeping was prompt.

Cons: I wouldnt say I have anything that I dont like about this hotel. Just a suggestion that It would be nice if the lobby area serves coffee or tea. Turn it like a cafe sort of as the delicious cakes are there already
