    Excellent guesthouse, lovely host

    Pros: Wonderful helpful host. Though she spoke little English she used a translator app and was extremely good. Room was comfy. Comes with simple breakfast. Theres a market behind the guesthouse. Bus stops and train stations within walking distance. Restaurants all around. Convenience Store downstairs. Private bathroom. Amenities. Theres a microwave and hot water. Hot shower. Safe neighborhood.
    Cons: The bath towels are quite small. Guesthouse is on the 1st floor and up so not suitable for the elderly and wheelchair bound. No bidet.

    Perfect for a simple one night stay.

    Pros: Basic room, full amenities and services provided. Located close to lots of nice restaurants and stores and the metro station. Easy wifi, breakfast in the morning is very basic but adequate!
    Cons: Bed was a bit firm and springy, noise from street overnight.

    Overall worth the money!

    Pros: The place is closer to many public transportations (Mok-Dong Station for both subway and bus, even airport bus), we just have to choose the right one and the best one depending on the weather and how tired we are lol. The place is quiet except for some traffic sound but not noisy when sleeping time. The lady in charge helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Kamsahamnida!
    Cons: No elevator. The shower and tap water took quite a while to heat. Seoul was already so cold and rainy season when we went there in November.

    Warmest host

    Pros: We needed to stay a night for our transfer to Gimpo airport the next morning and Kimstay 9 was the best choice! It was clean, cozy, value for money and easily accessible, it was also close to a lot of eateries and shops! The host is the warmest host that youll ever find, she helped us with our luggage and all things that we could have possibly asked for! We even left a small gift for her as we couldnt have done it without her :)

    Simple, good for a short stay

    Pros: I could leave my luggage at the hostel from 9 am even though check-in started from 15.00. The hostel was a short walk away from the metro and some bus stops.
    Cons: The staff didn't speak English. There was no ventilation in the shower room.

    Great stay!

    Pros: Kimstay 9 was incredible! The staff was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There are lots of signs explaining how everything works, and it feels like home very quickly.
    Cons: The rooms were a little small and the beds were a little hard, but overall a great experience.
