Cons: Staff was rude my brother is homeless so I got him a room for a couple nights when I went to go see him they threatened to tow my car even tho the lot was empty and my name was on the room

Cons: Everything!!!! It started from booking when I called the location. The lady who answered my call when I said I will book on line, replied “Ok go I book on line”. When I called again to double checked if my booking went through she laughed and said “ You booked on line, it would have been the same amount”. I asked “what is so funny about it and why are you laughing?” She just replied “nevermind!”. I called again because my Air Canada flight was delayed x2 and the same lady who answered me said “We closed at midnight, just ring the bell”. When I arrived the location at 2am, I rang the bell at the closed office. No one was answering so I checked if the door was open and I knocked. There was an old man opened the window and so mad at me and said with pointing fingers, “ why you are opening and shaking the door, ringing the bell is good enough. I said no one was answering and I just want to make sure someone will open on me, at this hour”. Then he pointed his fingers on me and saying that they closed at midnight and blah blah blah. I said you don’t need to point fingers at me. Then he started to stop pointing and yelling at me. I only stayed there from 3 am to 5:30 am. I have to stop by there as I still have to drive 4 hours in a rural highway. I didn’t get breakfast if they do serve it. No water. No tv. I just stretched and rested my body due to my flight x4 delays. Location is noisy with police sirens and car mufflers sounds. In that short span of stay , I heard police siren x4. So totally no sleep. I will rather pay more and get better service than receiving that inhumane treatment.
