Pros: -good location, a few meters away from the sea -the local alcoholic beverages at the pool side bar was good (all inclusive) -breakfast, lunch and dinner was ok with some vegetarian options, but everyday almost the same

Cons: -no private beach -no towel service for the beach -no room service ( we wanted an iron, the reception said if you want, you have to come to the reception. This was not expected from a supposed to be 4 star hotel) -very plain rooms with old furnitures -very small bathroom

Great value for money and good location

Pros: This booking was made for a group of friends, the food was incredible, the hotel was clean and it exceeded their expectations. They are very satisfied with the service and value for money.

Cons: The pool got them all ear infections as there was some problem with the cleaning pump, however that was later fixed and the water got clean again.

Magnificent food and great value for money

Pros: This was one of the most affordable hotels in Alanya at the moment of booking so we somewhat knew what to expect, however the hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect. The food in this hotel was magnificent, every meals and every day. Compliments to the chef! We stayed in many other hotels with different price range and ratings, however the food here was one of the best. The room was very nice, spacious and well organised, it feels much better than what the surface area numbers suggest. It was clean, cleaning lady came every day, AC was working great. The location is great, very close to the beach, not so far from Damlatas cave and Teleferik, the beach 15 has no stone plates in the water so very comfortable to get in and out, overall very nice experience and going to the beach logistics. Internet was ok, we had it in our room in some places, almost not an issue.

Cons: There is not much that we did not like in this hotel except maybe how some guests avoided respecting the hotel rules. There was some excuse for a mother from Russia in the room next to ours with a few small children who ran through hallways and shouting every night until 1 AM, slamming the doors 24/7 over 100 times a day. We never complain about anyone's children as we understand from our own experience that children should be loud and relatively uncontrollable, however this was really unbearable so we called the reception after which we did not hear them anymore, maybe it was their time to go home. The pool water was suspiciously warm and pleasant, however later we discovered that our kid got ear infection, also the same happened to few of our friends that were also in the hotel. Later we found out that there was something wrong with the pump, which was fixed after we left the hotel. We also never complain about beds as this is extremely personal, but this time maybe the pillows were somewhat thin, and mattresses were at the end of their life, but nothing too serious for the price.

A lot of families, great food and location!

Pros: So good location, very good food everyday! Pool was great, not too big but separate pool for children was nice. Cleaning everyday! You can see the beach from some of the balconies.

Cons: The staff was really weird! Receptionist didnt even look at us when we arrived early in the morning, and when we asked something bearly answered! None of the staff would say good morning or anything else eather. I was surprised first because i got use to travel in Turkey and generally everyone is really friendly and hospitality is something Turkey is well known from! No one was rude eather, just wandering how hard it can be to welcome customers to eat by saying morning ect.

Pros: -4 minutes far from the beach -All inclusive offer- with really tasty food, at breakfast, lunch , dinner, you can always find something on your taste (and kids taste, too) - 6 levels building + elevator - ready to help you staff (maybe more smiles will be nice)

Cons: - a situation on the beach: at the hotel you can pay 60 lira for one sunbed, but on the beach this means 3rd or 4th line; in addition, on the beach you pay 150 lira for one sunbed, but you can stay in the front line.

Very nice stay at this budget hotel which offers excellent value for money

Pros: Hotel is near the beach, not beachfront, but only 3min walk. Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Especially guys working in the restaurant and at the pool. All best for them! Food was good, breakfast is the same every day, but still fine. Lunch and dinner were fresh and tasty, there is always salad and fruit buffet too. Pool is small and we did not use it, but most guests enjoyed it a lot. It seemed clean. We got a family room for a small price up which was great. There was hot water always.

Cons: Meal times - prolonging breakfast until 10am, moving lunch for later, ex. 1pm to 4pm and prolonging dinner until 9:30pm would be perfect. Hotel definitely needs renovation, especially bathrooms. One should not expect anything luxurious here. I would say it is a decent 3 star hotel which offers all you need for a nice vacation, but not for people who like resort type of vacation.
