    Excellent hotel to stay

    Pros: Great location for everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around the hotel, easy to walk to JR Chiba station and everywhere. Room was spacious, clean and convenience store was right by the hotel entrance and Haneda airport bus stop was right beside the hotel and so convinrent.

    Pros: Didn't have any breakfast. Location great as very near station.
    Cons: One female front of house staff gave excellent recommendation for a ramen eating place nearby. One male front of house staff gave wrong information about where I could exchange AUD$ for Yen.

    Superb location and value for money

    Pros: Location of the Hotel is really superb, you just come down and there are many restaurants and super market. Chiba-chu Metro station is situated jut below the . Breakfast was also excellent.
    Cons: Amenities may be improved upon .. similar hotels do provide Steam Iron in room and Microwave in vicinity. 1. On demand, steam iron may be provided in the room.. as these are quite safe so no risk for the property in providing steam iron in the room ... as per hotel policy they ask to come to reception and there a separate room available for iron which is not a convenient option 2. Microwave on each floor of hotel may be provided.

    Nice hotel convenient location

    Pros: Conveniently located to both Chiba and Chiba-Chuo Station as well as our aunt's place in Nishi-Chiba. Also conveniently located to shops, restaurants and our favorite 7-11. Even though the hotel is right at the station the train noises weren't loud. Rooms were clean with nice amenities including pajamas, slippers, tea, fridge. There was also laundry available on the 8th floor which, if we had known, we definitely would have packed less. Since we booked late and needed enough beds for 3 people we were in the Annex part of the hotel which was separated from the main hotel by the train tracks. Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned every day and stocked with water bottles every day. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
    Cons: Emailed hotel through Booking.com.site and never got a response.

    Cons: the TV is on the kind of desk and hides a half of mirror. it was wired.
