Bad management, communication and customer service need a drastic face lift

Pros: Location was good Staff who was on reception was good

Cons: Food was not good at all, very limited choices. All four days we had the same menu. Staff really struggled to understand English. I have few times asked for an iron, never arrived. No bath towel was in our room. Safety locker was not working and told receptionist three times , problem never been resolved. Beds & pillows were not in good condition at all. I have traveled the world and Kalyon hotel is one the worst Four star hotels I stayed. Customer service is so bad at the breakfast bar, most of the staff doesnt speak English. They really need to address so many issues at this place because hotel is in a lovely location and they should need to up their game to maths up the other four star hotels.

Cons: Quite noisy being positioned at the main street. I don't have to mark that as a minus. It is a matter assumed by me as a tourist. Breakfast rather poor for the price paid
