Getting too expensive to stay...

Pros: Close to the Mayo Clinic

Cons: Have been going here for a few years but seems the rates have gone out of this world now. Not too happy about that

Cons: After I checked out, I was found an unauthorized charge of $118 with the description of "Purchase" from the hotel. I have called the hotel accounting department several times, leaving voicemail on the first time. I have heard no response.

Pros: My reservation through Booking.com was not valid. The clerk couldn't find it anywhere not even the confirmation number. We were still able to get a room though and it was $31.00 cheaper than through the Booking.com app.

Pros: Location was the biggest bonus for us. Walking through the tunnels made getting around great.

Cons: Although it was nice to have parking having to pay extra for it and then hope to find a spot was not.
